My order was left ..in the street pavement!!!! I complained to Doulton( fault of courier,DPD, who lied about leaving it in porch.. impossible,as my front door was locked) but never acknowledged my complaint. Obviously not important for them. NOT good customer service

Super produit, filtre parfaitement

Clean water should be a human right but with the uncertainty of old pipelines and chemicals these products are some of the most important ones I have in my house and workshop.
Installed is a mixer tap with under-counter filters, which works perfectly for a busy family that all predominantly drink water.
Also we use a separate small tank system in a workshop space.
I have set up a filter subscription to take the pressure off needing to remember replacing them, without a break in better quality water and at a reduced cost.
Customer service is excellent and delivery is always an easy and quick experience. 100% recommend.

Made a mistake by not checking the fitting size. So when I got the teplacement filters delivered I took contact with customer support and everything was sorted out in no time. I ordered the correct ones and shipped back the others.
No problem whatsoever which is rare in these times.

I bought the British Berkefeld (8.5L) last October and honestly, we wouldn’t be without it now. It’s made such a difference in our home. With a family of three (and a dog!), we get through plenty of water, and even the plants are benefiting from it.

We used to buy bottled water all the time, but the plastic waste didn’t sit right with me. After a lot of research, we chose this filter and it’s been brilliant. The 8.5L size is perfect for us, it keeps the water nice and cool, refills quickly, and easily keeps up with our daily use.

Best decision we've made!
We're a family of five who has been buying bottled water for a number of years now. Believing that bottled was best but then adding plastic to the environment was something that i was ashamed of. After time researching for the best filter system for my family, the Berkefeld came up top. We are so grateful to Doulton for supplying this incredible filter system. We've not had it long but me and my kids absolutely love the taste of the filtered water. I bought the 12 litre system with the fluoride filter. I also bought the stainless steel tap and stand. It was easy to put together. However, it did take almost 24hrs for the first flush. Other than that, we're extremely happy x

These filters were replacements for our previous ones that had been dutifully filtering tap water for 6 months. The stained old ones were ghastly compared with the pristine new ones.. just imagine if we’d drunk the tap water direct! All that gunk would have been in our intestines. Yuk.

I made three orders so far and all have been well packaged and other than DPD delivering to the wrong village, it was promptly sent out. I had some queries and these were all answered clearly and promptly.

The item arrived very swiftly and well packed. All parts there, but a disappointing lack of instructions on how to put it together and how much you have to fill it for it to work etc. Also, the tap was hard to fit correctly, as washers are either too loose or get squashed on the curved sides, so for days we have a variety of leaking scenarios. However, it's all now fine and the water tastes better than from the tap.

Product is so convenient and easy to use. With a single replacement every 6 month, this makes life so easy.

I m using these products already many years now. I am completely happy and satisfied to have discovered this excellence! Thank you!
