Will no longer purchase from uou
I have been a loyal Dot & Key customer for years and regularly purchase their products, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing.
I received a face wash with visible dirt-like marks, scuffing, scratches, and a deep blue pen mark on the tube.
When I contacted customer support with photographs, the response was simply that the product was within shelf life, safe to use, and that outer packaging wear can occur during transit. My concern was never about expiry or leakage—it was about receiving a product in clean, new, presentable condition.
What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and willingness to provide a meaningful resolution. The company refused a return citing hygiene reasons, yet expected me to accept a visibly marked and poorly presented product.
A skincare brand should understand that packaging condition matters to customers. The issue was not the product formula itself, but the poor customer service and dismissal of a legitimate concern.
