For example, when I was getting ready to place my order, I came across a charm that I loved but they no longer had available on their site. Gracie, an angel who works for the company, made every effort to find me the charm and was successful. This charm was a monumental piece for my friend as it showcased one of their top elements of everyday life, and I cannot thank Gracie enough for finding this for me. I definitely am going to be a repeat customer as this company shows that they prioritize their customers.

I have ordered with them lots of times over the year. There is very rarely a problem. If there is, customer services tells you in advance, so there are no bad surprises. If the item you want is no longer available, customer service can order it to be made for you especially (with a minimum quantity of course). I would like to point out Wendy in particular, who has been absolutely amazing and helped me with various things.
Other companies could really learn from Doreenbeads, they are brilliant!

I've been ordering from them for 12 years and the quality of items is really good. Also, customer service is fantastic. If there ever is an item with a defect (rare but happens once in a while), they credit the account right away. In all the years I've ordered, there have only been 3 packages I did not receive and that was toward the end of 2025. It was not Doreen Beads fault, the packages got to the US, went through customs, transferred to local carrier... and were never seen again. Doreen Beads refunded all 3 packages. No problems with shipping since then so idk what was going on at that time. Overall, great company!
