Fantastic doors and great service

Didn't have what I wanted to order on the website but was very helpful in trying to find an alternative, good communication throughout.

Ordered for the first time .
The service was excellent.
Received one missing component that was only .17p by DPD.
I won’t have even bothered about it but the company has got great administration and commitments.

Website easy to use. Contact and comms after was easy. Minor delivery issue was dealt with promptly and without question. This involved a partial refund, which again was addressed professionaly and promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Purchased a miss measured window, one delivered opened on the opposite side to one purchased (yes I re checked the photos).

Ended up replacing the window again very soon after from another supplier and found that doors4u was neither cheap or the best of quality in comparison. Wouldn't bother with again unless urgent.

Good communication , delivered on the day I specified as I work most days . Kept me up to date with the delivery on the day . Driver even delivered through snowy roads to get to me Thankyou mr driver didn't get your name

I believe the costs were far too expensive. I was quoted one thing told during the process how much these parts would cost including the labour. I expected something round just over 1k but when I got the bill it was more than double that.
I think I've been overcharged unnecessarily.

Great door at a fantastic price. Everything we needed was there.

Only downside was the delivery, which only involved a very old driver who needed me (back surgery 6 months ago!) to help take it indoors.

Found online, ordered widow with a very easy process (didn’t have to add any details except address) delivered as agreed cash on delivery

There was nothing which made the experience great.
The first door which arrived had obscure glass rather than clear as requested. The door wouldn't open, I called you, and you said that I might have to force it a bit to open it, I didn't and waited for a fitter to do it, he assured me that the lock was broken [the top two bolts did not move when handle operated], in fairness, when I reported this, I was told that a new door would be sent out - it was, but it was damaged on the hinges, it had the clear glass as requested, but it was the wrong hand. I decided to fit the newly arrived door as my fitter was on site, but he could not rehang the door on the hinges after fitting the frame, as there was not enough play, and the hinges had to be cropped to allow enough height to hang the door
