started using Door Dash over Uber Eats. It is okay, the prices on all of these delivery services seem to be creeping up regularly. The delivery drivers are inconsistent, some leave outside even when instructed to bring to the door. I would say that DD seem to be pretty good when there has been an issue with an order though, this happened recently and credit was applied straight away so I could order at another restaurant

Well, I've had a dashpass since March of 2025, I have used them a fair bit tipped well at the door, but there has been circumstances that make me think it's better to deal with a local restaurant, I've had dashers show up at strange entrances, telling me that they don't have my address and that I'm supposed to meet them at the gas station, cold mushy food on occasion and in some cases like tonight, undercooked. I paid 42.05 for a pizza that is under cooked by about 2 minutes. Doordash has only offered me a 9.73 credit or refund. I never made a big deal about anything, and even called the restaurant first. But instead of offering me even a small replacement in place of the large I've got they offered me less than 25% in compensation. Dash Pass revoked. Time to stop ordering in.

J'ai demandé remboursement ils ont refusés sur l'application donc j'ai appelé et un commis ma dit que je recevrait un remboursement; je l'attends toujours!! Je ne recommande pas car 3 resto différents et aucun remboursement reçu.

On 2 occasions now I have paid for an order that did not arrive. I was told a credit would be issued, but there was no credit.
I contacted them and was told it would be resolved within 48 hours.
A week passed
Nothing happened.
I contacted them again and
They then told me that the time to ask
For a refund had now passed!
When i explained that this was my second attempt to receive my credit..they told me again that someone would email me in 48 hours. I asked them to
Confirm to me that they had my email, as I didn’t believe them.
They did not. Instead the chat just went dead and they stopped responding.

Accidentally signed up for Door Dash pass - now impossible to cancel!

Bought an order from pizza pizza using doordash and got double charged now they are refusing to refund of $52.75. I have now canceled my account this is pathetic customer service.

I ordered food through the DoorDash app and found hair in my food. An hour prior to this an agent tells me to contact them if I encounter any issues with my order. I did just that. I provided proof of my claim. I waited and was automatically denied any compensation by their system. The agents led me on a loop telling me they would resolve it. Ultimately they did nothing. I explained the problem very clearly and provided pictures, screenshots and earlier conversations. They refused to acknowledge the failure of their own system. They refused me a refund. I have evidence of them doing this to me for months. There are also many reviews online about the same issue. They clearly only care nowadays about keeping people’s money.

Havr food. Otder through yhid company. When it was late (41 min. at thr time of this post) i tried calling the driver. He couldn't speak english, so that was a waste of time. Tried their customer support: they couldn't get a hold of him. So here i am, waiting, with not so much as an assurance i will get my groceries. This, in my opinion, is unacceptable and downright ridiculous. Have you staff at least, as a minimum, be reachable and able to communicate with the client. Is that really so demanding?
