Excellent!
Great presentation and delicious food. The rice was cooked just right and the chicken was moist. Tons of seafood in the paella. Great value for the price. The guests were pleased and still talk about how good everything was.

Exceptional Quality
I have used Don Paella two times. Our first order was simply appetizers and finger foods. The meal was delivered on time and my guests loved it! Everyone was wanting more. Our second order was for a small gathering I was having at my home. I live in a condo so making the Paella here was impossible. They delivered it to me on time, fresh and it was decadent! My guests loved the meal and so did I for the next three days! Good prices, great food and I will do business again.

Professional, delicious and courteous from start to finish!
I had Don Paella cater and provide bartending services for a party at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism, friendliness, the quality of the food, and overall the way they made sure that I felt at ease. And, we had lots of leftovers, which were a special treat for the week when we did not want to cook!

On schedule, professional service
This is the only Paella catering service that I can recommend. What they tell you you'll get is what you get; and then some. When they tell you when you'll get it, is when you get it. Not 10 minutes late or 20 minutes early. These are professional people who know how to cook and come with a bonus. They are warm, decent and personal human beings. Cant wait for the next one.

We do not like to see any unhappy customers. But in all honesty I think your review is not fair. You ordered a "Paella Real" and it states clearly in the description on our website and on the invoice that I sent you that it doesn't have chicken and/or sausage. Therefore that is what we served at your event. I offered to give you a $50.00 discount because you were not satisfied. We sincerely feel your frustration if your were expecting those ingredients but here is a copy of what the invoice and the website describes as the paella you ordered.
""PAELLA REAL - Seafood paella with shrimp, scallops, fish, calamari, clams, and lobster tails, garnished with roasted red bell peppers and green peas (The amount of lobster used in this paella is one halved tail for every guest.""
We would love to make things your way and gain you back as a customer if you allows to do so. I will offer you a reasonable discount on your next purchase.
