Carl does a great job when purchasing a new car.
Carl was really helpful in answering our questions about the car and explaining the use of certain functions. He was courteous at all times and very patient.
Disappointed with the tyres not being set at the right pressure and the warning sign coming on with the alarm sounding. However Carl explained how to recalibrate and we inflated the tyres to the right pressure.

Paddy Magee was an absolute gentleman to deal with. He helped us all the through the purchase, kept us up to date with delivery times and collection. He also gave us a courtesy follow up call after we had lifted the car to see was all ok, something most people don’t do nowadays. All together great service and we will definitely be using Donnellys again.
