I'm a new author and this is my first time working with DFY in promoting my books. Both their service and outcome have been great for me! Dragan, their head of operations, is super attentive and responds right away if I have any issues or questions. Their payment structure is also very clear and transparent. It was a bit confusing to me in the beginning on how everything works but Dragan took his time and patiently walked me through the process until I understood everything. Their team manages my ads because my own meta account has issues. Dragan gave me honest, expert opinions regarding ad costs so I can manage my expectations on the outcome vs spending. He also tried to optimize my ad costs so I didn't overpay. Every few weeks they will send me a detailed report of the status of my campaigns, which lays out all the details such as cost per lead/ads and total spend etc...I find them to be a very open and trustworthy marketing agency. Will actually deliver the results they promise you! They are definitely not cheap but you're receiving the value and service of what you paid for. I'm really glad I found them and plan on working with them in the long term!

Amazing team and extremely knowledgeable. DFY did a great job of dissecting what was needed in my agency and implemented a stellar solution to attract qualified leads. They are also super attentive and quick to respond to requests. I highly recommend.

Worked with this company for a few months and got 0 results with them. They bring you in and promise huge results, they also start your first few meeting with very experienced people on the team. low and behold a few weeks in they put you with a recent college grad to manage your account. STAY AWAY from these people

We tried this company out because they had a great looking website, and their marketing looked like what I wanted for my business. But what they build for themselves looks VERY different from what they delivered for us. Their copy writer never sent us any content (I never had contact so I suspect he didn't really exist). Their pay-per-click "expert" wrote ONE ad and posted it on campaigns for 80 different products - often creating contradictory ads and red flags by Google. We had to rewrite everything ourselves. Their webpage building was supposed to take 2 weeks and look amazing (only needed to transfer existing content to a new theme, no new content). 6 weeks later we had 6 of 30 pages done, and they looked very amateur - nothing like what their site demonstrated. They (actually he, Jason is a one man show) are great at marketing themselves, but the DFY work I paid for ended up being DIY.
