Ordered a pizza in store at the cabra road shop, pizza was hanging out of the box, not enclosed properly. When I asked for a bag a delivery driver took the pizza to try close it. Concerned his hands were not washed and touching my food order. I was looked at so disrespectfully by the staff, when I asked for a dip
I was told I had to pay for it, the previous few nights I had just been given three dips from a very nice lad. When I asked to speak to a manager she was very unprofessional threw the pizza into a paper bag and threw two dips at me because I complained my pizza wasn't boxed right and would be cold when I got it home for my child. Your staff need training in how to box their food and customer service they are rude and disrespectful and why a delivery man would touch food with dirty hands just baffles me

Ordered a dominoes online on 14/04/2023 and was scammed into signing up to Completesavings.ie.Charged me 15 euro signing on fee and have been taking 15 euro a month subscription fee from me since,I only just realised now,absolute scumbags,I'll never order from dominoes again!

Plant based chicken pizza had next no no toppings and was dry, nachos soggy , cheese chip portion very small. Cookies burnt. Can not really say much about it only thing that was just ok was half margarita and half plant based pepperoni and I mean just ok. Would not recommend dominos after paying over the odds for terrible food.

I ordered a large pizza and it was so small that the slices looked like school pizza. the driver was very kind and his service was amazing but the pizza was way too small

I do not like the Meatza anymore!
They have changed up the toppings to Ham, instead of Sausage, Olives, Mushrooms, Cheese on Red Sauce, and Italian Seasoning on The Crust!😭

Looks like we will have to move on to somewhere else preferred for pizza.

The chips are awful. €5 for a tiny box. I counted, 37 chips. They taste bad too. Dry like paper. I’ve never had such a bad chip. Felt scammed.

We ordered food from domino’s online , delivery driver rang and said he was outside turns out he was still on the motorway and my friends were waiting 20 minutes outside in the cold and rain as he said he was outside he then was at the bus stop so my friends walked up there and he drove off to a pub near by in bunratty and he drove off again he finally stopped at the shop spar and said he wasn’t moving. He was very rude and wasn’t helpful and told my friends he wouldn’t deliver to us again because he “doesn't know the place” we spoke with a manger and she said she’d contact him the whole time the food was freezing and awful we asked for a refund and we’re ignored I had to ring 3 times and finally got through and I spoke with the lady and told her she had no sympathy for us and just sounded not interested. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS DOMINOS very rude and unhelpful staff.

Sunday I ordered a pizza from the Barking shop at 7pm. I received a text at 7.30pm that my pizza had just left the shop. At 8pm the driver arrived (I am only 5 minutes away from the shop but disabled so ordered delivery) but the pizza was cold and when asking where had he been (I showed him the text) and he said "I only took 10 minute break" he told me to phone the shop and walked away. I phoned them at 8pm and complained to which I was asked to return the cold pizza to the driver when my re-order arrived. 1 hour later at 9pm I telephoned again and asked where my pizza was to which I was told I could have FREE CHICKEN WINGS. I told him to cancel and that I would complain to head office on Monday to which I did. Below is how I was treated and a second complaint typed today 24th October 2023.

A person from the Barking shop telephoned me tonight a around 6pm and stated that he would refund HALF OF MY MONEY but, if I returned the pizza from Sunday (which is now at the bottom of my dustbin) he would refund the full price paid.
I am utterly disgusted with the way you have just taken my complaint, DONE NOTHING WHAT-SO-EVER and just passed me back to the unscrupulous shop to which I had dredfull delivery problems. Not only that, but my second order never arrived 1 whole hour after placing it at 8pm and at 9pm I telephoned the shop and was told that I could have FREE CHICKEN WINGS. I will now publish this my complaint and how you have dealt with it on every review site I can find starting with "Trustpiolot" It is absolute rubbish what you claim in your email to me and I quote :- "Your feedback helps us to maintain the high standards you rightly expect from Domino’s"

I ordered at 6 pm and was told my pizza would be ready in 10-20 minutes so I timed my lunch break from work to go down to the shop to collect and was told on the app my pizza was ready to be left waiting for an hour to finally be told the pizza that was apparently ready was only just put into the oven. Either replace the staff or have a good manager, staff seriously unhelpful. For a finish I never got a pizza

Online order transferred from one store to another. No record of order. Both stores pointed fingers at the other. No one takes responsibility. Managers rude, unresponsive, hung up on the call.

NEVER ORDER if you want decent, polite service.

3rd time the have screwed up order by making wrong order when you go to pick it up so they make you wait until they get it right then give you your order ruined and frozen and inedible and annoy you they incompetent and very annoying will think twice before I decide on a pizza from them

1 Star is Generous. Dominos charged me twice for a meal and not have refunded my money, it has been a week. I talked to customer service and they keep telling me it’s not their fault and then ignoring me for 2-3 days, then again stating it’s not their problem. I have talked to my bank and I have documents from them stating this issue is on Dominos end and not the banks but Dominos refuse to take responsibility and instead choose to steal money from me. I am owed €40 for a week now. I buy dominos for my family every single weekend. I will never be purchasing from there ever again.

Really just sick of the service, I actually battled on for months but Im just going elsewhere now and Im delighted I have decided to do this. Used to be so good in tallaght dublin, but its like owners changed about a year ago, literally cannot answer a phone, half the time it rings out and nearly the other half it goes to an actual voicemail... like yes.. a broken phone system!!!!!! Have told them loads of times and they used to care about stuff like this... but that was a long time ago. Stopped tipping extra after too many really poor deliveries experiences... standing looking at drivers sit in their car cause Im standing at the door, light flashing cause they stopped calling upon arrival, calls ignored after orders left short, short manners, they were top notch, some still are but its very patchy, I do not recommend !!! It can be a very frustrating experience, stay clear.

Last time ordering from Navan Domino's..the worse pizza I ever had. Not wort even one star. The pad is so thin, tasteless as made only from flour and water, topping is a joke. Not worth even 5 euros and paid 24 euros! That's a robbery! Never ever again, so disappointed.

I have kept away from Domino's Pizza after throwing away the last Pizza I got from their Streatham Hill branch in London two years ago because it was vile. However, I gave them a try again and I must say the Pizza from there this time was perfect. I got a large one to have over two days which I ate all at once. It was delicious, base lovely and dry , topping cooked well and appealing. I hope they keep up the good work.

Very expensive got at the Letterkenny branch. Wouldn't waste my money on their food anymore

I trusted Dominos Edenbridge branch with my daughter’s birthday for food.
Ordered before 9 am and set the delivery to 12.15-12.30
2 mega party deals + an extra large pizza, £120
The pizzas were marked as delivered at 12.30 and arrived 12:50; I called twice to enquiry about the status of the delivery and asking why it was marked as delivered if nothing was delivered yet, I waa dismissed both times with :”your order is on your way”
The pizza arrived when the party was almost over… cold, dry and hard as a cardboard.
Horrible service and quality. I do not recommend it

i ordered a meal for my son well he ordered it i phoned the shop with the order number and paid but the driver wouldn't walk up 1 flight stairs to my son and took the order back to the store and my son never got his food i rang and the person told me to sod off and hung up

Delivered to the wrong address and practically accused me of being dishonest when I called to ask where my food was. I was Told by a member of staff that a new order was being sent out, I called after 50 minutes to find out they hadn't sent anything. I'm now in the process of waiting for a genuine replacement - it'll be over three hours waiting when my order arrives. Was given a call by someone in Lucan and was given credit for two thirds of the price of the order - which still isn't enough on reflection.

Worst service I've ever had from a pizza delivery company.

2 Stars for very rarely getting it right. Your Amersham branch is shocking for an affluent area in Buckinghamshire. Often under cooked and where is the quality control? that is a bare faced lie. Once received a pizza with one topping missing but the best was a couple of weeks ago not one hair in the pizza, a clump! send over food hygiene to this branch sooner rather than later
