What exactly did I pay for at $199.? When I check for my records, I have to pay more money to get them and more money to get the C/S rep to call me if there's an alert? Please explain what I paid for.

I received EXCELLENT SERVICE AND INFORMATION from Stacy during me phone calls. I’m convinced that HomeLock is the best protection out there and has a reasonable price!
Unfortunately I got hit with a HUGE TAX liability and had to cancel my enrollment to muster all the funds available.
HomeLock/Domidoc’s was exceptionally quick refunding my money.
A very pleasant encounter notwithstanding my cancellation.
I will preach HomeLock/Domidocs to my friends and family!
