We chose this company after reading the Google reviews and seeing them on TikTok, so we thought we were going with a reputable company. Unfortunately, our experience was very different.
We requested three movers but were only provided with two. We were given a moving time, but after they arrived, we were then told they needed to take their lunch break, which added another half an hour.
All of our items were already packed, ready to go, and dismantled where necessary. We had no small items to pack or organise, and the new house was only about 7 minutes down the road. Despite this, the move took approximately 4.5 hours and cost around $800.
During the move, some of our belongings were damaged. When I contacted the company about the damage, I was told that this was what my insurance was for. I found that response extremely disappointing.
A significant amount of time also appeared to be spent with the two movers arguing with each other. At one point, I heard one of them say that they were going to "milk it until 5pm." Because the move was already taking much longer than expected and was well over my budget, I eventually started helping them myself.
We ended up having to contact another removal company to move the remaining items.
When I contacted the company afterwards, I was told that they normally take 6–8 hours for a move like this and that this was considered acceptable. Given that our belongings were already prepared, the distance was only around 7 minutes, and we had requested three movers, I do not consider our experience reasonable value for money.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

Quick and easy reply through email leading to the day, on the day got a text saying be there 8am - arrived 1 hour late. Found them to be very slow at moving and packing the truck taking way longer than we had expected to, wouldn't take some items and found lots of things left behind resulting in having to go back myself and pack the car with another full load of our items, baby bath , mirrors , kids items , there was a box on top of other boxes and that box was just put to the side and left there .... we had black bags of rubbish and broken fortnite that we told them to leave them as we had removers coming and have found a lot of the rubbish items brought to the new house ...

Once they had fully packed without warning they started the truck and was ready to go .. we have 2 kids a 3 year old and 4 month old so felt very rushed to get them and everything including a cat in the car to go ... we then waited over 40 minuites for them to get to the new house resulting in a delayed and late un pack . With the un packing we gave clear instructions on where we wanted specific items and what we wanted inside ... the garage was so full we have struggled to get to boxes we need for the children , some kitchen boxes with plates put upside down , the food boxes shoved in the garage under everything leaving us with no food and now having to throw everything out ( we didd ask for these to be left to come inside ) included milk and food for children.

items such as pillows and couch had cobwebs on them , not sure if everything was fully wrapped to protect.

Happy to use again but feel things could be better and more listening to instructions better would help.

This business is a scam... Look up their business address and its a house in a suburb .
Do not use moving companies that want a large deposit upfront ( as per the scammers advice on google)
