I just acquired a new domain name with the intention of creating a basic WordPress website. In spite of my best efforts, though, I could not figure out how to do this.

Is it the server service that I have been paying for for a long time? They ended my service by saying that if I don't take my backups and delete the files by the date they set on the pretext of taking up too much space, they will end my service. Then, when I asked the reason, they thought that I was using the site for storage purposes, so I had to delete it because there was too much data, etc. they wrote. They stopped my service even though I said that I bought the current service without paying the price and that I could use the content however I wanted. Then I asked why I had just paid for the service and why they did not give this information before renewing the service.
They did not give any answer. Since you are terminating my service, refund my payment and then I wrote them to terminate it.
In this way, after a few messages, they said in their last message that the refund will take place in 7-10 days, but more than 30 days have passed and still no refund has come. After 10 days or even 10 working days they said, they do not respond to any of my messages on the subject and still the refund they promised has not come to my account.

I will never suggest anyone such company on which my tickets went unanswered for more than 7 days and still waiting. Worst Experience ever. Fraud company, never reply to refund related tickets. Their chat executive always say that I will get a reply in 4 hours but its been 7 days I am waiting.

Worst Service!!! Dont believe them at all

Secure & Reliable Hosting Optimized For Blazing-Fast Page Load Times !

At the beginning it was a good/cheap company to have web hosting. Along with the time, I realized why other companies are more expensive when I had an issue with the services.

Last month, they charged duplicate and I asked them to review my invoice and double-charge for the same service. And I've been told to open a ticket that someone will look into it within 30-60 minutes! It has been 2 weeks already no one looked into it.
When I contacted PayPal to dispute the duplicate charges, they suspended all other services including irrelevant to the open ticket!
And more to that, there's only one person who keeps answering live chats.

DO NOT TRUST TO THIS COMPANY ANYTHING
