Great instalation
Dave was professional and easy to work with. He and Jake installed our system with no hiccups *(after a terrible experience with Invisible Fence Brand). We also saved over $1,000 switching to this system. However, our dogs received no training and all of their collars had to be adjusted to lower settings; and they developing sores on their necks. That said, we still recommend DogWatch over Invisible Fence Brand BY FAR!

Thanks for your feedback and for the positive comments about DogWatch! I apologize, I did not realize that your dogs need additional training – but we can fix that. We’ll give you a call to arrange some training support. Additionally, we are sorry to hear that your dogs are developing what sounds like pressure sores. Pressure sores are from wearing the collar too tight or for too long. The sores are not related to electronic stimulation. This can usually be avoided by adjusting the collar if it is too tight (it needs to be touching the skin, but not pressing into it) and by removing the collar at night. We’d be happy to send you a larger collar if you need it. Please don’t hesitate to call if you have questions: 425-417-9125. Thanks.

Great product and service

I had Dog Watch out to install my fence around my property several weeks ago. David was very professional, he explained in great detail exactly what he was going to do so I could understand. He installed my invisible fence in approx. 41/2 hours and was wonderful training my dog snickerdoodle to stay inside the fence. While he was here he noticed I had lost the key to my shed in the back yard, I had bought a new door knob but hadn't installed it yet. David asked if I would mind if I would allow him to install it for me, which of course I said yes. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in a invisible fence for your pet there is only one choice and that would be Dog Watch of Puget Sound.

Excellent customer service: was great with our dogs, very tidy, install looks great on asphalt and throughout property (~1acre). Wish we would have done this years ago!

Jim and his crew installed the hidden fence in 3 hours on a 1.2 acre property, on the day they said they would just as agreed. They left the place looking clean and unmolested which is impressive considering they buried 1,000' of radio antenna. Jim followed up with detailed training for me and my dog, and we are very happy with him - he offered that we could call him anytime with questions or troubles

Training was not required, in my estimation, because your dogs were already familiar with the concept of the fence. Had I deemed that your dogs needed additional training at the time of the switch over, I would have provided that service. We have had a fabulous experience with Dog Watch. Dave was so easy to deal with -- no pressure sales, but very informative and helpful. They were easy to schedule with and worked easily with the dogs. Dave was also totally responsive and helpful with troubleshooting after the fact as questions came up in our dog training process. We were a little uncertain about how an invisible fence would work for our family and it has been the greatest gift to us and our pooches. We are loving it! Can't recommend more highly.

Yes, Dog Watch works! Perhaps it is more expensive than the in-store brands but it works, and that is the important thing. It took only one shock from the collar and my dog learned where the boundaries were and has never tried to compromise them since, and that was four years ago. I even let him out without the collar and he does not go near the hidden wire because he knows the boundaries. He can go outside unattended without any worries he will disappear.
