I have ordered and received 3 different harnesses over the years for three different sized dogs and have been very happy with them. All of them fit perfectly and they are very well made. After reading some of the reviews I have a few suggestions that worked for me...measure your dog where the website shows you and call if you have any questions which size (WEIGHT OR BREED ARE SUGGESTIONS.) I have 2 Aussies who weigh the same but are very different in size. Also, do not expect to see the harness in a week, it takes approximately a month or so. If you are in a hurry you will be disappointed.

I recently got a new dog and ordered a harness with name tag. I followed their sizing guide and my dog met two of the three measurements. I ordered the small. After waiting about a month, I received it and it is too large. I contacted customer service and was told that I should have ordered the size smaller since his chest measurement was in the XS range while the breed and weight met the sizing guidelines for S. They told me they do not take returns for "customized" items. The only thing customized about the harness is the removable ID tag. So now I have a harness that is too large with a customized name tag. I continually stressed that giving the incorrect specs for this particular breed is not correct, they should allow a return and exchange. Told me that I should have read not only the size guidelines but also the reviews. They did however offer me a 40% discount on purchasing a new one, size XS. I also asked could I just order the harness without the ID - answer NO. I like the harness very much and the velcro name and phone number ID tag. However, I feel they should revise the sizing chart and allow returns and exchanges. You would not have this issue with Amazon.

Good products and great customer support (uncomplicated and prompt).
Delivery times are ok.
Quality of the ordered products is also very good.

This company totally takes advantage of the customer. They charge $8.00 for return after you have to jump through many hoops and whatever. This item is sold under many names. Amazon also, cheaper, and other companies too. It's the same product. I belong to a couple of dog play groups, and we share information. My experience stretch's over months. Purchase 10/29-22- $42.34. 11/19 Return shipment was $ 8.99 Return payment,12/13-22- $ 34.97, plus I was out $ 8.99 for shipping. I have all my bank statements. I am a 77 year old women, but no-one should have to put up with this kind of treatment, young or old. It's called svindler in danish.

I ordered the winter boots and jacket for my little dog Nika. The boots are really great and the paws are safe from all the salt on the street. They are waterproof and they fits great.

It took forever to receive my order. Sadly, I had to return it and the company claimed they never received the return. They refused to send my refund, and would not even offer a store credit. BEWARE! Scammers!

I ordered a custom harness in January for my dog Max in size medium. After 2-3 weeks of waiting for it to be manufactured I was sent notice of shipping - with a LARGE size. I immediately contacted them to correct and was told that they would fix it. March 8 a package arrived with an XL harness for a dog named Molly and a phone number that was not mine. These people are a total joke. Please do not use them.

The quality of the dog beds is great.
The price is fair too.

I purchased a harness for my Pom. I love the ease in putting it on him. I just ordered another one for my Cavalier puppy. It takes quite a while for it to arrive. In the meantime I struggle with putting her legs through a harness. I don’t like to use the collar for the leash. The harness avoids choking

Everything about my purchase was efficient and correct. I bought two coats and from measuring the dogs to ordering them, all was clear. And then, THE WONDERFUL coats arrived! I’m not your average dog walker. I live in northern MN where it is winter November thru April. I take my dogs out every morning despite any weather . . .for a 2-3 mile hike, snowshoe, ski . . . .where they are leash free. These coats stay on well thru all that . . .and miraculously, they don’t fill up with snow. With all this constant activity, I keep thinking the zipper is going to go . . . .but so far, no problems! When I grab the coats, the dogs come running with enthusiasm!

This company is not legitimate. Save your money and find a local pet store where you can SEE the product and actually take it home with you.

I placed an order the day after Thanksgiving. It's now February and all I get from their "customer service" is a constant request for my address.

SCAM.

These are wonderful coats and keep the dogs warm. Pretty colors, good material w a lifetime guarantee. Cant beat it.

If I could give -10 stars, I would. I ordered two customized dog halters. I received an email stating in part, " . . Please note: personalized products require 2-3 business days for production/personalization before they can be shipped. . . ". Eight days later and it has not shipped. I went on their chat and one of their people said that it could take between 9 and 14 days or more for it to ship. Don't believe a word they say and don't order from them.

CHINA COMPANY - BEWARE! Super slow and sub-par customer service. You also get extra fees on your credit card because its international, NOT FLORIDA.

BUT I changed my review because I did just get my order and it really is a good product. It took a long time but overall I'm happy with this harness. I just wish they were transparent about company location and shipping times.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. None of that has been my experience. I ordered my first set for my 2 Aussies & they came quickly. They were very good quality. One of the harnesses began to fall apart & unravel at its edges. I contacted the company. They requested a photo of the damage. I submitted the photo. One week later the replacement arrived. No more unraveling. Great customer service and a decent quality product. I’m getting ready to order another one for my new baby puppy who will come live with us in 2 weeks. I gave them 4 stars instead of five because over time the strap loosens on my 87 lb Aussie. Then if he pulls backward the harness pulls off. About twice a year I have to tighten the harness to prevent this. I do not work for this company nor do I know anyone involved with it. This is a legitimate paying customer review.

This company is not honest. Their address is in FL yet you get a foreign transaction fee on your credit card from Austria. There are no order cancellations and no refunds. And it takes WEEKS to get your order because it's not coming from Fl, it's coming from China. Their products do not match their own sizing charts and if you want to exchange the product that doesn't fit because they didn't make it to specs, YOU have to pay return shipping! Please keep your money.
