Contacted customer service immediately…

originally had an issue with my order after accidentally purchasing the XL grass plot instead of the medium size with a tray. I contacted customer service shortly after placing the order and was initially disappointed because I was told the order could not be changed or canceled.

However, the company ultimately resolved the issue and updated my order to the medium size I needed. I appreciate that they were able to work with me to find a solution. As someone living in an apartment, the XL size would not have been practical for my dog, so I’m grateful the situation was corrected. Thank you for helping make it right.

Wouldn’t recommend doggielawn

Wouldn’t recommend doggielawn, not as considerate as other pet companies and no reminder emails prior to order placements like other subscription companies. The patches of grass have come with mini flies twice so far, and the email they have on file for contact doesn’t actually exist because they can’t be sent emails and it keeps bouncing back unsent. Overall seems shady to refuse to cancel an order prior to shipping it.

Poor Customer Service

When delivered on time and without damages, the patch of real grass is great for our apartment. Our dog uses it regularly. However, two times it has been delivered damaged. Most recently, the lawn was delivered to the wrong address. Doggielawn has not responded to my emails or resolved the issue, even though they sent me the FedEx picture confirming wrong address delivery.

Terrible experience ! Stay away from this company

Terrible experience with DoggieLounge! I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after purchase, yet they took 2 days to reply only to say it couldn’t be canceled—despite the fact it hadn’t even shipped yet! The product finally arrived after 2–3 weeks, and now they refuse to accept a return.
