I love Dogeared. I have ordered from them both for myself and others - it's my go-to gift for all sorts of occasions. I have a friendship bracelet and necklace that I wear daily - both the gold and silver wear beautifully. The message card each piece comes with adds so much to the gift. Thanks for being a company with a mission and product I can trust!

Necklaces arrived in a timely fashion. Very nicely packaged. However, the message I wanted included in each box (6) was not and it only appeared on the receipt paper. I had to type each message individually and place it in each box. Other than that I think they do a good job. The necklaces are beautiful.

I put the order on Feb 2nd, but haven't got shipping confirmation email yet. It has been almost 3 weeks now. I am very disappointed at the shipping.

This review is in regards to a purchase gifted to me by a friend. Wore the necklace less than two days and it broke. I contacted costumer service via website and never got an answer back to replace or receive another item. Disappointed !

I ordered 2 gold necklaces, and 1 silver....
I received 3 silver ones. Staff were prompt in sending me the 2 gold ones, with return envelopes for the silver....however, it is
always disappointing to open a package and see they got your order wrong....delaying my order by an additional week.

The quality of the necklace is amazing, I was just hesitant to pay that much for one necklace.

We gave this to our friend who officiated at our wedding. She loved her necklace!

Paid for one day shipping on Friday and am just now getting it Thursday of the week after...had a great Valentine’s Day yesterday without it!!!

Honestly my experience with Dogeared has not been pleasant. My necklace broke once, which you did repair, but it broke again. For the amount of the jewelry, the chain should be made alot stronger. I was told that it was a one time repair. It's unfortunate, a gift from my daughter, which I can't wear any longer. I will never purchase a dogeared product for this reason, nor will I recommend your product.

I ordered a necklace from the USA. The price was very reasonable including the postage, which came within the estimated delivery time and well packaged.

The product was of a good standard and appears well made.

Although nicely presented, it could perhaps do with a little bit more of a 'wow' factor with regards to packaging, especially as the customization inlay was a nice touch. Certainly not behind competitors though.

Just a shame they do not have a UK site.

Terrible service! Ordered a necklace for Christmas for my mom, received the wrong one. I was refunded, so I ordered it again, and got the wrong one again. Not to mention, the one I received was tarnished and looked super cheap. I paid $40 for a necklace that looked like I could have bought it from a dollar store! When I called DogEared first before calling Amazon, someone answered the phone very unprofessionally, so I called Amazon and of course was treated great! I will never order from this company again.
