Once I made the document I couldn't view it I couldn't download it the customer service didn't want to tell me I was speaking to an AI a waste of time and energy I need to leave in the moment and then they told me it was free only to find out it was it this site is fraud

not streamlined
I wish the excel conversion was a bit more streamlined. It converted my file into too many tabs and separated categories so I still had to do a lot of manual cleaning.

the help i recieved from Lea was great
the help i recieved from Lea was great! 5/5 stars, I am far more disgruntled with the fact that every single service like this runs almost entirely on banking on people forgetting about their free trial and then hoping they do not notice the money leaving their account. I just wanted to compress a pdf, I do not need any of your other services, and if I could have just compressed the pdf myself I would have.

Has a lot of templates you can use. It was super easy and understanding. I honestly used it for a room agreement and this made it a lot easier to get done. i would 100% recommend for any documents you need to make.
