Absolutely horrible I have been waiting for my withdrawal from these guys since january.31st and have contacted them 100 plus times asking to speak to someone higher up about my withdrawal and I keep getting the same answer that they will pay me soon. Absolutely appalled at the customer service and the wait time on my withdrawal I want my money I am owed.

The payout is really full of shit,,,waste of time and money I withdraw the amount 10 days ago haven’t receive an amount till now when asked about the status they don’t know the progress just ask the excuses about the weekend what these guys do during week days if so,,,it’s not the big amount as well,,,I never experienced such a shit before through any other casinos,,,

Shut this side down immediately it’s a con. I have been waiting for my money since September 2024 which I won and still have not received. Surely somebody can do something about this site.

Do NOT waste your money! You will never see your winnings. They make up every excuse not to pay out! I have been waiting 2 months! The excuses I have been given so far… thorough checks, backlog, too many requests, fraudulent claims… etc etc.. I have received the “your payment will be processed as soon as possible” comment over 40 times! Don’t ever expect this site to pay out.

Don’t know who’s responsible for advertising your casino! But I’m absolutely fed up of emails ‘Casino for you’ I’ve never gambled in my life and don’t plan on doing! It was from a email ‘ Newsletter @ air backers . net’ why would they advertise your casino for free?

Had few succesfull withdrawals until now i want to withdraw 800£ and they tell me whole process takes 7-21 working days, usually was 24-48 hours and money was in my acc and now is 14 working days and still "awaiting" i email them and no answer at all on chat they talking always the same think that they need to verify bla bla, my account is verified and never have problem before until now. I won $550 on the 26th of April 2024 and I'm still waiting for my withdrawal. I deposited $70 without using a bonus code and they keep my request awaiting. There quick to take deposits off you but its a different story when it comes to paying you when you win. Ive tried numerous times to retrieve my winnings but its like hitting your head against a brick wall. Im so sick of the chatline telling me to be patient come on its been 10 months. So, Trust Pilot. You are clearly aware that this online casino, Doctor Spins' is a fraudulant site and is making great sums of money in taking people's deposits and not paying out if winnings are accrued.

You have even acknowledged that 'the favourable reviews' on here were made by spurious individuals who are not legitimate - so much so, that you took their reviews down.

Surely, as a duty of care, you have the responsibility to report this site to the UK police, so that the UK police are able to interact with foreign police forces and bring these scammers down.

The consequences, if you do no such thing, could well be that a victim of this site ends up taking his life.

A reasonable conclusion to that would be, 'You would have blood on your hands.'

I do not understand what role you have to play here. Your interaction with reviewers is, at best, lamentable, and where there is obviously fraudulent activity going on, what are you doing to try and get it stopped?

I would like an answer to this post.

Currently waiting for a £300 withdrawal from this casino. Made the withdrawal on the 12th of January. It's now the 29th of January and the withdrawal status still has not moved from the "awaiting" status.
I seriously think I've been ripped off and that my winnings will never be paid to me. They don't answer emails and the live chat is always a copy and paste stating to be patient that checks have to be made before payment is issued. It's a delay tactic.
Please don't deposit your cash with this casino. They WILL rip you off

They have had £400 of mine pending withdrawal since 4th December 2024. Online chat is useless and I have emailed “support “ several times with no reply. SCAM SITE - DO NOT USE - this site should be taken down as they don’t have any legitimate processes or licences but they do steal all of your personal data and documents and don’t pay back your deposits ( I never take bonus offers so had no wagering requirements to meet) THIS IS A FAKE CASINO!!
