Es ist sehr schnell und einfach über WhatsApp einen Termin zu vereinbaren, auch auf Deutsch oder Englisch.
Der Arzt Dr. Agulla hat sich erfreulich viel Zeit genommen für die Untersuchung und Diagnose und ich habe mich ernst genommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Da wiederkehrende Patienten einen Rabatt beanspruchen können, werde ich sicherlich wieder hingehen.
Ich kann Doctor Palma auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Very good doctor with excellent bedside manner and professionalism. He diagnosed me after another doctor couldn’t. I felt cared for, informed and had a clear plan of what my treatment entailed to get healthy again.

Had my throat and ear infection…
Had my throat and ear infection investigated and treated by Doctor Diego which was great,same day appointment,english spoken so was very easy,thank you for your help because I was able to enjoy my holiday up to the end

Ich hatte einen merkwürdigen und…
Ich hatte einen merkwürdigen und geschwollenen Hautausschlag den ich abklären wollte. Der Arzt Dr. Diego Gonzàlez Agulla im Zentrum von Palma hatte am gleichen Tag noch einen Termin frei. Er war sehr freundlich und hat trotz relativ einfacher Diagnose (Nesselsucht) eine volle Anamnese gemacht und mir ein Medikament gegeben. Er hat sich Zeit genommen und mir das Gefühl gegeben, gut aufgehoben zu sein. Sehr gutes Englisch.
