Εξαιρετικά εύκολο και γρήγορο να βρεις γιατρό και να κλείσεις ραντεβού, χωρίς τηλέφωνα και αναμονές...Τα βιογραφικά και οι αξιολογήσεις των άλλων ασθενών με βοήθησαν πολύ στην επιλογή γιατρού, αν δεν τον ήξερα ήδη. Επίσης πανεύκολη η ακύρωση και κλείσιμο νέο ραντεβου! Ευχαριστώ όλους!

Censorship: they decide what you are allowed to write and protect doctors, not patients.
I had a terrible experience with a doctor I found through Doctoranytime. I wrote an honest, detailed review about what happened: how I was given unsafe advice, how I suffered severe side effects, and how I received almost no medical follow-up.

Doctoranytime refused to publish my review. They claimed it was a 'medical complaint' and therefore not allowed. I had to rewrite it several times, cutting out almost everything.

*After multiple rewrites, they only allowed me to publish this: 'I paid €50 for a consultation that left me feeling abandoned and not well supported. I would not recommend her for specialized menopause care.' That is all they thought patients should know about a doctor who gave unsafe advice to a patients with high sensitivity to medication and complex medical history. The 4 page detailed document describing my medical history provided to the doctor prior to our consult was uploaded in their chat. The doctor ignored this and later the updated version too.

This platform does not protect patients. It protects doctors. They decide what you are allowed to say, and they censor any review that might make a doctor look bad.

Do not trust the reviews you read here. They are not a true reflection of patients' experiences. Doctoranytime is not on your side

A great service that allowed me to find a great dermatologist while i was travelling in Athens. It was so convenient that I was able to book and pay online. The mobile app is also great

Its ridiculous that you have to pay for a description now. Only make money, nothing for Health! FY!

This only gives you a list of doctor or services based on the filters you apply and with the relevant reviews However , if you try to make any appointment in the proposed slots , you will realise that 99% of these are not correct as their platform does not have direct integration or updated availability on the listed doctors. I ve booked 10 appointments this weeks, with doctors I ve seen in the platform, but every single one of them was done eventually over the phone as the slot I booked in the platform was not available

This is one of the worst services I’ve ever encountered. The doctor essentially copied and pasted what AI had already told me. She claimed she couldn’t do anything else. I’m not sure why anyone would pay for this service when they’re just texting you what AI says. I wonder if the doctor was even real. I highly do not recommend this platform. It’s clearly a money-grabbing scheme. I even request for my money back and no one ever got back to me. Stay away

Very bad experience. After a horrible experience with a doctor, doctoranytime did not upload my negative review but asked me to rephrase what I've written. This is tragic. A bad experience is a bad experience. The whole behaviour shows that you CANNOT trust the reviews that you read. I will never use again their services.

Great platform! I used in my vacations, and even though I don't speak greek, I managed to find a doctor close to my airbnb and spoke my language.

The whole proccess is super easy. Find the doctor that feels right for you, book the appointment and review him/her later. All the filters you need are there, the price range, the specialty, the type of appointment... everything is taken care of for you!

Had a visit with a neurologist, I booked a videocall and had my appointment all in a day's time! The doctor was very knowledgeable and he really helped my with my issue, very good service!

Sur 10 appels, j'en rate environ 7 pour la simple et bonne raison que les patients raccrochent
le téléphone avant que je ne puisse leur répondre.
Ceci dû à la longueur du message publicitaire d'introduction dans les 2 langues avant d'obtenir la communication avec l'appelant.
Il me faut attendre ensuite l'email d' "info appel" pour que je puisse rappeler la personne.
Je n'ai pas toujours la possibilité de consulter mes emails immédiatement surtout si je suis en consultation.
Trop de temps s'est écoulé, la personne intéressée n'est plus joignable. Cela se produit très fréquemment. J ai envoyé cet e-mail à leur secrétariat, pas réponse. Manque total de sérieux de leur part. Par contre pour payer votre inscription ils exigent le paiement immédiat.
Bref fuyez, c est un investissement perdu
