I booked a home visit on behalf of my elderly father after being unable to get a GP appointment any earlier than 2 weeks.
First time using, and downloading app, creating an account and adding dependant was all straightforward.
Was able to choose online or home appointment. Had choice of time slots.
Home visit booked and confirmed for same day I had created account!
Dr Haydar was on time, very professional and courteous. Took time to listen to concerns and take history. Did a thorough examination and was not rushed at all.
Prescription issued and I had collected it within an hour of the visit.
I would recommend and use again.

I had a complication with a wound that I wanted checking and as it was the weekend I wasn't able to get into my local GP. I have 2 young children at home so after calling 111 and being told to wait for a call back from out of hours which could come any time within the next 24 hours, I looked at docselect. I had already downloaded the app after reading about them, and booking an appointment was so easy! I booked for midday on a Saturday at 9am and the appointment was quickly confirmed. The doctor turned up on time, was so wonderful, took her time to listen to me, inspected everything thoroughly and also took time to do some general observations. I had a prescription issued that I then picked up 2 hours later. Fantastic experience well worth the money for a visit in my own home, and took the stress away! Thank you

This video consultation was very helpful to me. Dr Haydar requested a change in appointment time, which was absolutely fine as I had requested it at very short notice.
She was very patient and thorough and asked me plety of questions to understand my health history as well as my current concerns. She also advised in a friendly manner on what my next steps could be with my NHS GP and with my permission will communicate with them.

The doctor responded to our request very promptly. Dr. Khan visited my four-year-old son and was extremely kind, polite, and professional throughout the consultation.

GP responded to my appointment request quickly, and my appointment was after 10pm on a Friday. He was reassuring and discussed at length my symptoms and questions, gave more insight into my surgery outcomes and issued prescriptions to manage my symptoms. Would highly recommend.

We had Doctor Walker come out. My partner is a very nervous person but he was kind and understanding and very professional.

Excellent service, I wish that I had known about this service earlier.
Peace of mind to know that I can speak to a doctor for out of hours medical needs, if needed in the future. The Christmas period meant that calls to 111 were quite tricky and after waiting for 3 days with no response due to a high demand of calls, and suffering with an uncomfortable UTI, I really needed to find another alternative and this is where I came across Doc Select online.
My medical issue was quickly resolved and I was able to pick up a prescription within 15 minutes.
So grateful to the doctor and now I can enjoy the rest of the Christmas holidays.

Amazing platform - very quick to verify ID and no glitches on the app. I was unable to get any help during the festive period elsewhere and my aunt was visiting from the states but we were able to get a prescription through a video consultation with an amazing doctor, Dr Ali! Lifesaver, literally!

We had a doctor out to see our 4 week old baby and he was absolutely brilliant, explaining everything thoroughly and very re assuring!
