Great service after a slight issue. I had my main fuse upgraded by 2 well excellent Electrical engineers. This was followed by two phone calls to ask me about the experience. This is so refreshing when someone asks this. The 2nd call was from Jae Measom who is the Manager in the Enquiries and Connections Dept. She was so helpful, nicely spoken and someone who listened to my comments and I am so happy that there are people like her who gives you comfort that great service does exist. Thank you to the whole team @ DNO.

It's been a pleasure working with Tristian and colleague Nick. Following my installer going into liquidation after completing my install. DNO Renewables completed all the G99 documents required by my DNO UK Power Networks to achieve the issue of my export MPAN. I'm now in a position to communicate this to my energy supplier EDF to sell surplus energy from my PV Solar system back to the grid. Excellent service I had a good experience.
