The website and tests are very good
The website and tests are very good, easy to take and give a lot of information that helps on the tests. However my son failed on his first attempt due to questions centered around insurance questions, car seats, police stops that were not covered on the tests. Luckily we studied the Ohio BMV guide for those subjects and he passed on his 2nd attempt.

The different questionnaires were very good to help prepare for the drivers written exam, plus reading the state's Rules for the Road booklet. The questions were accurate and provided good, up-to-date refresher information.

The testing material was pretty good
The testing material was pretty good. I was expecting the material to be actual questions from the real test. Sadly that wasn't the case. Nevertheless I did pass the exam only got one wrong so overall a good experience. 4 stars for good study guide would've given 5 stars if the actual questions were used.

There’s multiple tests with different questions on them, so I don’t accidentally or automatically just remember the answers. I am shown the answers I got wrong and it explains why it’s wrong. Thats very very helpful!

You’re absolutely right that carefully reading the questions and answer choices is key. The DMV exam is well known for tricky wording, and our practice tests keep that same format so you can get familiar with it before the real test and walk in better prepared.
Regarding the questions that felt outside of normal driving experience, those topics come directly from the official driver’s manual. Some situations, like emergencies or uncommon road scenarios, may not happen every day, but they’re included because they help drivers know how to respond when they do.
