DM & co we're really helpful and very professional. All the staff were polite and understanding throughout the whole process and in particular Victoria was a great help in completing sale.

We purchased a home through DM&Co Shirley and the service they provided was brilliant. They were always on the other end of the phone; nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff were so lovely. From initial contact Ann worked tirelessly on helping us achieve the purchase of our “forever” home.
We had a few hiccups with the sale of our previous home, but Ann’s regular contact with us and her client allowed that bit of extra time to finalise our own deal.
The entire process from offer, offer accepted, exchange to complete took us just 8 weeks!
Yes the chain was short, but Ann took onboard all parties desire to move as quickly as possible….and helped make it happen.

From the valuation and exceptional marketing to the expertise and professionalism of Ann’s handling of its quick sale at its asking price. DM & Co is a very pleasant company to deal with. Ann Wood, in particular, made the whole process of selling our house as smooth and as seamless as possible.

Once the offer was accepted, it took 8 weeks to complete the sale which I think is impressive in the current climate.

Recently used DM & Co to find a rental property for my family at short notice. The team there (we used the office in Monkspath) where exceptional and a real credit to the company.

They made the entire experience form application to move in day quick, painless and efficient.

Special mention should be given to Chiara who was the agent we worked with. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped to make the whole process stress free.

We were looking for a bigger house for our growing family. After looking at various houses with various agents, we settled on one we loved through DM & Co.

Being in the middle of a chain, we knew things would take a little longer. DM & Co. were always willing to help and answer any questions that we had.

In particular, Amy, who was our point of contact kept us updated and was very helpful with all our questions. There were a few times when our sale and purchase could have fallen through due to various reasons but Amy always did her best to keep everything moving and keep everyone informed so that the transactions went ahead.
