They charged me for an annual plan and then, on the fly, they changed the terms and conditions, invented a post limit and stopped posting on X (Twitter). But they offered to pay me extra money to continue posting, something that wasn't the case at the beginning. They should impose the new conditions on new customers or when I have to renew the plan, but the Dlvr.ir team does this, among many other tricks, because they are a gang of criminals.

Me cobraron un plan anual y, sobre la marcha, modifican los términos y condiciones, se inventan un límite de post y dejan de postear en X (Twitter). Pero me ofrecen pagar dinero extra para seguir posteando, algo que no era así al inicio. Deberían imponer las nuevas condiciones a los nuevos clientes o cuando yo tenga que renovar el plan, pero el equipo de Dlvr.ir hace esto, entre muchas otras trampas, porque es una pandilla de delincuentes.

I've been using dlvr.it for several years now and have been overall happy with the service. Recently, there were posting limits implemented for Twitter (x). This happened AFTER I paid for a year long subscription. While I understand they're working on a work around for this issue, I asked about a credit to my account since I am not fully getting the service I paid for. I have gotten NO response. I had gotten a single initial response about they're looking to resolve the Twitter issue and nothing further. I've sent follow up messages with nothing. I opened a new issue in the event the other one maybe got burried. I went to check the status and it was CLOSED with NO response to the new ticket or the original one. This is horrible customer service, especially to someone who is PAYING for a service and paid with the expectation of not having such limits in place. If anyone has a suggestion for a better company I'm willing to take my business elsewhere after this. If you were considering using Dlvr.it, I'd recommend going elsewhere considering they do not care about their paying customers.

It's cheap – but I suppose you get what you pay for.

It works – but it is lumpy. However, customer support is not very good and when you asking difficult questions there doesn't seem to be any answers.

In particular, the system doesn't seem to want to post properly to Twitter/X. Dlvr.it say that it is because we have hit a Twitter posting limit – but Twitter allows us to post manually and also to use other auto posting services which seem to manage without any problem.
We are sticking with Dlvr.it but only because it is really the cheapest around

El sistema deja de funcionar sin emitir ningún alerta. Pasaron días sin que los artículos de uno de mis blogs se publiquen en las redes sociales. He perdido tiempo, trabajo, tráfico y dinero.

Recomiendo que nadie confie en dlvr.it porque son una empresa muy poco seria que no se hace responsable de nada.
