DLG was chosen by my insurance company to repair some damage to my car following an accident. I received excellent service from start to finish. They did a fantastic job on my car and kept me really well informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommended

Collection driver was nice

After a non fault rear end shunt Churchill arranged for DLG Autos to carry out the approved repair.

Whilst collection went smoothly I received a phone call a few days later to inform me that my car had been targeted in a yard break in and that all of my wheels had been stolen. DLG were very apologetic but I then had to wait for Audi to have my replacement wheels/alloys in stock, delaying the return of my car. I was regularly updated and also received a call from the depot manager promising that any little stone chips would also be done as compensation.

I finally got my car back on Thursday and whilst the repair looks good and tyres/wheels are on there is a small dent on my bonnet around a stone chip. This may have been there before but I don’t recall seeing it.

As the thieves propped my car up on spare tyres found in the yard, front & back, it’s possible it occurred during the theft.

I have emailed DLG Wednesbury to ask them to rectify.

My tyre pressure warning light came on during the first drive too. It would have been good if a test drive had been completed by DLG and this reset at time of repair.

Whilst any break in or burglary can not be completely avoided it was obviously very disappointing to have this happen. The rear of my car was exposed allowing access to the anti theft locking nuts kit in the boot.

The police were informed and I understand extra security was added following the break in.

I await a reply to my email re addition repairs and am hopeful these will be sorted.

Very efficient service, regular updates and first class repairs.

Small bump in December, car went in for repair in January, no courtesy car for 10 days, car returned in poor condition with job having lots of issues with new paintwork , returned to garage second time, car returned today and still not right! How many times does it take to get a simple paint job done?! Very disappointing! Never will I ever insure any of our cars through Churchill or DLG again! Now waiting for a call back next Tuesday. Keeping my fingers crossed it finally gets sorted THIRD time round!

DLG Wednesbury were very polite and professional when I did have to ring them. They did try to get me in early but the courtesy car could not be sorted quickly so remained for the original date. Most of the communication was through email though which was ideal as I work in a noisy area. The work they did was excellent and the car was cleaned inside and out when brought back.
