I was kept informed of the repair progress throughout, which was great. The team were very courteous, friendly and helpful. My car was collected and dropped off at work, which was very convenient for me. Excellent service.

Excellent service they collected my vehicle on the day and time arranged. They kept me updated with the progress . If I had any other questions they gave me the answers. I felt confident with them. Once the work was completed they delivered my vehicle back home. The work is guaranteed. I inspected the work and everything was great.
The edge of my passenger door has been damaged during the repair, I will contacting the garage about it, after when my car comes back from it's annual service and MOT.

The work to repair the dent was superb. Good communication throughout. There was a small scratch made on the door while it was in for repairs, but after pointing it out they fixed that too. Would recommend.
I had no choice as it was a Churchill facility, however, the company were great and di everything I could have asked for. One part from Renault took some time to arrive, but that was Renaults fault, but everything they did was of first class order.
The car is even better than it was before the repair. Excellent job and well done. Thank you.

General collection of the car, communication was great. However my car was returned with a flat battery, no petrol and left on the drive blocking in other cars (I was not in when the car was returned). I accept the flat battery is not the responsibility of DLG but I feel I should of been told this. Once the battery had been replaced there was insufficient petrol to get me to a petrol station. Fortunately, green flag followed me so were able to assist when the car ran out of petrol.
