The work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard , all the staff whether in the office or delivering the car were clear and efficient and friendly .All went well, as they indicated it would

My car went into repair for the front offside wing. This was repaired well and relatively quickly. However, when the car was returned to me, it had scratches all down the near side, from the front wing to past the rear door. It is impossible to understand how this was missed before delivery, but they took it back without complaint and said they would repair the damage. Roll on another week and I get the car back again, but still with damage visible, so back it went again. Roll on another nearly 3 weeks and after a lot of chasing I finally get my car back. On the massively plus side they were polite and courteous and never argued about liability, however, on the delivery side, this was not their finest hour!

Courteous, knowledgeable and reliable - what more can you ask for.

The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The standard of workmanship appears high and I was particularly pleased with the friendliness and civility of the driver collecting and returning the vehicle.

Let down by online repair status facility. Car collected on time assessed and update on time scale for repair by phone very quickly, told 5 to 7 days. Unfortunately the online repair status facility did not reflect this at anytime giving time scale in excess of 30 days. This never changed even after a 2 phone to say repair complete and would arrange my cars return. This repair status feature actually ruined my whole experience and I’d rather you did not have it if it only gives fake news.
