I was kept informed at every step of the repair process from DLG Auto’s, when they received the car, when they had examined the damage, when they started the repair & when the repair was completed. The repair was excellent.

The work took a month to repair, due to parts and some difficulties that the repairers encountered, which constantly appeared to be waiting for parts!
The most frustrating part was the communication, or lack of. What is the point of having a repair status website, if they don't use it. I found myself calling constantly to get updates which just added to the long wait. Really disappointed at this aspect of your customer service.

Good communication and turnaround time but didn't deliver on time and wanted to deliver at 6pm, well after dark. I'm glad I refused to allow that and got it the next day in daylight as the colour match of the repair was nothing like a match. I have had the car back an hour and will be taking it back to show them this afternoon.

I was kept informed at every stage of the repair process. Work that was required, timescale of repair etc. The finished job is excellent, no complaints at all. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic repair work done to my car. I recommend DLG to anyone.

Honestly the worst experience with a body shop in my life, if I good give any advice I’d say stay well clear. Repairs took 3 times longer than stated on first collection car was painted wrong and add still had damaged parts from the accident on the vehicle. So had to leave it there. On second collection I was taking the car no matter what as been nearly 3 months. And on collection the car still has a broken grill from the accident no badge as wasn’t fitted I. Time for collection scratch on brand new bumper. Still painted incorrectly. Insurance company Churchill are aware and it will be returning to different garage. Honestly one of the worst experience in car garages to date.
