Poor customer service
When I arrived to collect my car I was not invited to inspect the repair to the paint work and alloy wheel before signing a form. I asked to see the work before signing and the repair to the alloy wheel had not been done. I had to wait whilst it was done.
This is basic customer care. What would the garage have said if I'd noticed it once I got home? Mmm - I'd damaged it myself on the way home perhaps?
The parking is very limited and it was difficult to park the hire car so I could collect my own car.
I would never use this garage out of choice

when I recived car back
when I recived car back, I spot that door uoholstery is damaged (leather and plastic handle)
also after few days I found a styrofoam door part under driver seat.
