DLG pick up and dropped off my vehicle ok the work was done well, my only gripe was I had to keep phoning up to keep track of my car otherwise I would of heard nothing until it was complete

I was impressed with the quality of the DLG workmanship carried out on my vehicle. All the staff I dealt with were prompt, polite and extremely helpful.

Return of the car was delayed twice can the first time it's arrive back it had to be sent back as the repair was misaligned misaligned. Next time they got it right, but it should have been right the first time.

The whole process was very smooth, from initial contact to when the vehicle was returned. I was kept informed at every step of the repair and the vehicle was returned ahead of schedule. Very impressed with the standard of work and I would not hesitate to recommend DLG.

My car was collected and returned to my home. Repairs were carried out to a high standard. It took slightly longer than was originally planned but I was kept informed as the completion date changed.

DirectLine sent me to DLG and they were excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way.

Minor bodywork repairs and paintwork were completed satisfactorily. Contact number was answered promptly and professionally. Repairs were via insurance so 5 year warranty provided. Car cleaned too so pleased.

The initial collection and subsequent repair was great, everyone was very helpful. There was a back order on replacement alloys from Renault so i offered to have the car back as it was driveable and to reduce the hire costs to the 3rd parties insurer.
Collecting the car back to replace the alloys, they offered me a loan car as it would only be a day or two. But instead of saying that i would need to get a code from the DVLA they waited until the day before collection to say that it needed a code, a copy of my licence etc which arrived whilst i was out for the day, fortunately i managed to do it all on my phone but it was not easy.
When the drive eventually turned up (8am-1pm slot), arriving around 12, so a wasted morning and i could have dropped the car into them as they are only 6 miles away.
The driver then wanted to see my licence to prove that i matched the photo on the licence, i thought this was very OTT and he got the sharp end of my tongue over that (not his fault i know, but something they require). So i then asked to see his licence, unfortunately he had it on him (i was just being arsy at this stage).
On collecting my car, as i did not want to wait around for hours and arriving at the pre-arranged time, i had to wait as they were not expecting me, they apologised for the car not being washed, as the grease around the two new alloys was quite obvious. I was asked if i wanted to wait but i couldn't so they told me to get it washed up to £25 and send them in the receipt which i have now done.
However, whilst driving down the a331 a message came up on my screen to say check under inflated tyre, i contacted DLG and was told that i could return it (not possible as i was going out and closer to home) and they would check it or to bring it back on Monday, this was Friday 18thOct at 3pm. Instead i took it home as i was closer and checked the two tyres, they were not underinflated, if anything a bit over, once corrected when cooled down, i then re-set the system and fortunately no further messages as i was going out on a shortish journey later. Was this something they should have checked, i think so, as i am sure mine was not the first to have new alloys fitted.
In summary, it would have been a 5* review as the repair was great, it was just the little things that caused an issue and the tyre issue was definitely a worry at the time. Steve did follow up, as he said he would and i understand the payment is on it way to my account. Hopefully it will be another 20yrs before i have to get the body work on a car repaired, i certainly hope so!!

Excellent service from DLG. Auto service was kept up to date with repair and very quick. Conrad who pick up and delivered my car back asset to the company very polite and friendly. Car looks lovely ckk lol ran and fresh as well .
