\i had a problem with my solar panel system. Reece rang rang me back within minutes on hearing of my problem he alerted an engineer, Tom, whop happened tto be in my area. Tom arrived that same morning , quickly determined the source of my anxiety. Put it right an then additionally sorted out a data communication problem for me. I must say that I can Thoroughly recommend DLBEC, A MCS registered Trust wurthy Company.

Tom arrived promptly to install the voltage optimiser. He was polite when he explained what was involved, the work was carried out in a timely manner and the documentation was completed and emailed to me at the end of the job. The service I have received from the staff at DLBEC has been very good.

Karl who came was pleasant, knowledgeable and unpatronising!Between my husband and myself we speak 6 languages. Karl outlined what was required, and Nathan arrived on time, the correct day! So first we had the chat and then the brains! Both were excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend your company. No flannel, just facts.

I personally have become very unsure of anyone who contacts me reference my solar system, I have had some poor interactions with other companies, in saying this I would like to say that DLBEC have been professional throughout and I have received friendly advice and the service so far has been great.

Had a problem with a previous installers solar PV equipment, that company now in administration.
My phone calls to DLBEC Ltd and the contact on site with the Solar PV engineer and Electricians who fitted the equipment, were all excellent. They listen, they are friendly, they are helpful and they are quick.
That is excellent customer service!!!!

DLBec were helpful and informative and kept us up to date on what was happening. They explained the need for the equipment and everything went smoothly on the installation.

The installation was great, but did not come back about the 2 requests we made

Nathan arrived early. He checked everything and had to do a minor adjustment of the wiring before he could put in the voltage optimiser and new inverter, which he did efficiently and quickly. He didn't talk too much, just enough to keep me interested in the installation and informed about what he was installing. He was great. Thank you for a very timely installation and a quick issue of the electrical certificate which he sent by email before leaving in the van.
