My meetings were all with Pete Downer and he was brilliant; he was kind and helpful throughout the whole process and explained everything in clear detail, making sure I understood what was happening and what the goal was at every step.
There were also times when I had to email Diverse Diagnostics directly and the responses were always prompt, helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from Carrie Buchanan from Diverse Diagnostics, instantly put me at ease after speaking with her. Explained everything to me was very professional and patient with me Thankyou so much Carrie

I really question the legitimacy of the reviews to be perfectly honest!
The 1* reviews all seem to have the same experience and therefore I find it difficult to believe the huge difference between them. 1* & 5* reviews

Basically, you do get the service you pay for (eventually) but that and no more & at a premium!

It all feels a bit unethical as you know
essentially it’s a license to print money
for the company that is filling a whole in the market that the nhs can’t afford, Once you’ve paid all the exuberant fees your then held to ransom as each month it’s a further £55 per prescription £10 private delivery charge then on top of this you then pay the pharmacy there price for the actual medication. In my case I’m £98 per month. and you still have to pay for the medication after that!
Then once you start meds and pay for the consultation to determine what medication you’re going on, you then pay £190 for each medication review. You’re on and off that Zoom call in minutes! In my case to be told I’ll be staying at the same level for another while …
I assume most companies are the same but I guess they could try more to make you feel less like a cash cow!
Expect to wait on hold for long periods when calling , but of a nightmare to get hold of an actual person, then there’s the “Upto 48hr wait for reply’s to emails” .

Cannot recommend the company highly enough. Everyone I’ve dealt with from beginning to end has been so kind and caring. It has really made a difficult and challenging process so much easier. All the staff really care and take their time to explain things and their response times are so quick also. 5 star service and just so grateful. Thanks you.

So far the service has been great. There is a really personal touch to all the team there. And all my call and my assessment was handled first class. I’d recommend to anyone seeking a diagnosis.

Toni was so lovely throughout the call. She asked great questions and always led with the question of whether I was comfortable answering the question or not (which I found to be very thoughtful).

I want to thank the team at Diverse Diagnostics for treating me with patience and understanding. The entire process from start to finish was ADHD friendly in my opinion. Clear, straightforward instructions to follow and many reminders so forgetting was less likely!

Dealing with Diverse Diagnostics has been brilliant. I can not recommend Shannon highly enough. Emails and queries are answered promptly and Shannon has taken the time to help us understand the process clearly and has made everything happen seamlessly.

I recently spoke with Jennifer Clark via telephone call and e-mail and she is incredibly helpful and so kind. I came off the call feeling a huge sense of relief and felt like finally somebody understood. She very quickly got my daughter booked in for her assessements. Great help finding out about perspectives, was able to help ask things I wouldn't have thought to ask and very understanding and expansive, no judgement or anything to make feel uncomfortable, been meaning to get assessed for years but didn't know where to go, was recommended to try this crowd and was the best decision I made and would recommend to anyone, went above and beyond even when you ask them questions and they are very reassuring.
