Repairs sorted very quickly

What a great service from start to the end.

The team helped me resolve the problems on my property, with winter incoming we seen a rise in damp in our bedrooms and mould around my windows. I believe this to be coming from a the roof or window.

I spoke with the disrepair support team and they managed to sort my repairs fixed in no time

I was contacted by Sam after he saw my name linked in a post. When he rang me he was very professional and polite,he walked me through everything i needed to know and do which made it very simple for me to follow. I was kept up to date frequently and I would recommend using Disrepair Support to everyone who needs housing help.

Excellent and sufficient

This firm dealt with my problems in a very optimistic and professional way and they didn't mess about in collecting all my information regarding the problems I've experienced in my property. My claim is in the process of the solicitors and they are going to get a surveyor out to look at the outside wall where it's causing damp and mould to re enter my property which envitably would put my health at risk.

What a great team of people

What a great team of people! The team helped me resolve the problems on my property! With it becoming winter I was experiencing a substantial amount damp and mould around my windows and also the roof was leaking into my bedroom. I spoke with the direspair support team who had my repairs fixed in no time!
