I ordered 6 vapes for $95.34 but I only received 3 vapes. Where are my remaining vapes or where is my credit card order #23731

Where do I start??? I ordered on June 30th…$70 worth…I’ve been emailing…NO response…I paid through Seezle with insurance…I still haven’t my order…

If I don’t receive or here back I will be contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! I’ve never had a terrible experience like this before ordering from a company online

This is my second order, so my experience is limited. But the first order contained two faulty products, which I received a refund for one, the other I didn’t bother. This order I placed on June 30 and it was just shipped on July 6. So that’s frustrating.

I have used this company for about 5 years. Sadly this company has declined over this past year. Maybe it’s has new owners??? My last few orders have been very delayed. I have contacted customer service with NO reply! THIS WILL BE MY FINAL ORDER

Still haven’t received my order it’s been 2 weeks , no response from customer service either. Ordered 7 vapes none have been delivered.

I didn't get 10 of the items I ordered and have reached out a number of times with no response.

Well the first time I ordered, I purchased two ijoy Uranus 25000 ecigs and only received one item no packaging no note as to why I only got one!! Your website is terrible you give absolutely no access to customer support NONE I check everywhere I send emails ! Such a joke. So finally I got an email that they were out of stock and refunded me but I really needed the product…California cherry .. sooo I went back on your website and ordered the same one they didn’t send before.. so I ordered on June 24 and says shipped 6/25 that’s great but where is it???!!! I tried tracking it NO USE unable to track my order? Why?? Today is July 1st and still no information and I’ve sent three emails and nothing ?? So POOR

The hookah device doesn’t work and this company only have an email address to contact them. They have failed to respond to me!!! The infinity hookah device is different from all other infinity hookah devices which adds to the reason why I feel like it’s fake in addition to it not working.

My recent order #25652 the two elf 30k strawberry/banana and straz did not work. I pulled the pin, and you cannot puff it, like plugged. This same thing happened with one of the same product last time o ordered. I have made several orders from you for the elf vpr7000 strawberry/banana and everything has been great. Delivery is fast and price fair.
I have sent several messages with no response.
