Tl;Dr: Dispensr took my money a month ago, I never received an item, the only reply to emails once a week asking me to wait a "little bit longer" and ignoring my requests for refund or additional information

I order a €400 vape from Dispensr on 26th of November. It was shipped to Ireland on December 1 via PostNL. The tracking never updated from "PostNL received the package" state for over 2 weeks and it took 3 emails to Dispensr support over the course of a week to get a response from "David". David promised to look into the issue the next day. I heard nothing for about a week, and after 3 more emails from me asking for an update, or a refund, or anything really, David informed me that there are "some delays" and asked me to wait, ignoring my requests for a refund of a package that's clearly lost. He also grossly misspelled my name in the process. I requested a refund once again, 5 days ago, and still have heard nothing back from David or dispensr team. I expect I will have to request a charge back from my bank to get the money back, since dispensr is flat out ignoring my emails.

Plenty of other European alternatives for this shop, consider using ANY other option you might have instead of dispensr. Don't be fooled by the seemingly low prices - the store is an absolute scam!

They don't respond on Social Media, via Phone or via email.

After over two weeks my order still didn't arrived.

Answer: I already Emailed you a few times no reaction at all.

I didn't got any email from you. I already have the parcel number.

After over two weeks my order finally arrived the support is not existent but the product is fine.

If they improve they support a lot maybe I will buy again.

The only thing I can say is a little slower shipping, but then again maybe they were out of stock. Otherwise superb prices and we can't forget free gift!

I bought the Dynavap 2021M in the starter kid. What can I say great product. I love my Dynavap, it looks super classy! Small and handy when stowed in every pocket.  The workmanship is wonderful, especially the Dynastash. I decided on the cedar wood, I love the scent of the Dynastash and the workmanship is noble and high quality. I got a second Dynavap as a gift with my order, the 2020 M. The Dynavap 2020 M is just as high quality and noble, I gave the Dynavap 2020 M to my husband so we both have something of the smoking pleasure and yes it's indeed a real one smoking pleasure with the Dynavap, the taste is a thousand times better than with a joint. Beautiful product and very high quality workmanship.
What was impossible for me, however, was to track my delivery with my tracking number. I ordered from the Netherlands to Germany, I kept receiving emails from PostNL about how the shipment was going but not when the package would arrive. That was not possible for me. But don't worry, everyone who orders there gets their product delivered, but the tracking didn't work for me.

I was a bit aprehensive about putting in a order, it seem too good to be true but not only are the products very well priced, but I got a 2020 Dynavap as a gift with my order and a hand written note.
From now on I will use this shop exclusively for my vape needs.
