This company is extremely organized, with well-thought-out procedures and excellent follow-through. In the course of interviewing, being booked, and working a five-day conference, I interacted with Eve, Pierre and Arezou of the Call Emmy staff. Each one was pleasant, professional and responsive. The company did a great job of communicating information before, during, and after the conference. They provided the parents with a form to complete, which yielded information that was very helpful for planning activities and knowing how best to interact with each child. I received payment right on schedule. I highly recommend Call Emmy, and only wish I lived in Denver so I could continue to work with this agency!

I have worked for Call Emmy on several occasions in both group and individual settings. Every single time has been a great experience!

There are always more than enough sitters present which makes it easy to have one-on-one time with the kids. I love this because we are able to make the kids feel seen and cared for even if they aren’t interested in what the group is doing. They always have so many supplies and activities that all ages can enjoy! We have a schedule for each day and are in constant communication with the owner and families. Some of my favorite things we’ve done were going on nature walks, STEM activities, and so many different crafts!

I’m a babysitter with Call Emmy and have been working with them for over 3 years. This is a great company to work for, and I wish more agencies operated like them—where you can get gigs on the spot and payment on time.

I worked for Nanno which was great and the owner was very understanding. Once call me Emmy took over the company it became a slavery. Linda is the primary owner, she was nice until business started to pick up for her. She would demand for you to work a shift 15 mins before start time. On one occasion call me Emmy helped conduct the childcare for an event. I couldn’t find any parking and directions for the job we’re not detailed. I called numerous times for someone to help. When I finally found out where the childcare was located. Linda stated she would not pay me. She was frustrated that I couldn’t find my way. The event was at the Denver stock show. On a second occasion I requested my tax form linda and her team refused to provide after multiple attempts to explain that I needed it. I would not recommend working for an organization that only thinks of themselves and making money. When I would walk in to big events they did not have any type of organization or any clue where children were at. No head count. Be aware when dropping your child off.

I've used this service several times now and they are a great agency! The Call Emmy Fairies have helped me pack, move to my new place and get settled in, and they also came through for me to get me to a last minute dental appointment! They are highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you!

I was Call Emmy's first customer and have been consistently using the various services since then. I have never had a negative experience with any service provider and one small misunderstanding was clarified with immediate trust and ease.

I believe so deeply in this service and the owner and the service providers that when the option came up to invest, my family did so.

We hired this company a handful of times in the past, and had one major issue causing us to never use them again. Our cleaner came in, on time, ready to work and was great. She worked for a few hours and cleaned our entire house. We had just had our carpet replaced in our main floor and hired her to have someone detail the house before we had guest come over. She left promptly without a goodbye which shocked us because we usually have a friendly encounter before having them head out for the day and she left her water bottle on our counter which shows how quick she was to leave. Not even 10 minutes after she left, we found a BLEACH STAIN our on master carpet right at the entrance of our bathroom. It prompted us to call the gal and Call Emmy to find out what happened. They refused to acknowledge the situation and provide any feedback/insight to what happened. I am very disappointed because I would typically hire this company for last minute cleans, but I will not hire nor reccomend them to anyone in the future. I would highly suggest doing a thorough walkthrough and catching the person who cleaned BEFORE they abruptly leave. I had a 4 month old at the time so it was difficult to catch her as I was putting him down for a nap. Shame on you, Call Emmy.

Every experience I have had with Call Emmy since aquiring Nanno, has been beyond disappointing and costly.

I have now been failed 2 different occasions for independent sittings, had them take a deposit to tell me there were NO applicable long term sitters in my area. Just fed up, I have been a long term user of Nanno and I can't do it. It's just insanity driving, insanely costly mistake EVERY time. Don't rely on them if you have anything to do in any relative timely manner.

Exceptional service from Rosy. DispatchMom was very quick on getting someone out to my apartment so that I could have my graduation ceremony! I injured my leg and have a little rascal running around. This definitely took the stress and worrying off of my shoulders. Rosy was very thorough in her cleaning. My apartment was spotless by the time she was finished. I highly recommend DispatchMom and their cleaning services. I will definitely be using them frequently.

I hired Dispatch Mom on behalf of one of my home organizing clients to set up regular house cleanings and my client is so happy with the service they provide. While a lot of what I do to help my clients could be considered "cleaning" it is more about managing the clutter that can accumulate so we definitely offer complementary services and, therefore, my expectations are that much higher. There is a saying I heard long ago, "Expectations are the termites of relationships". My client let's me handle this particular relationship and you can definitely raise your expectations when you hire Dispatch Mom and they will be met.

We ordered our first four meal weekly plan for the week. It was delicious and we were so grateful for a new option with meal plans. It was all delivered on time with notification in great containers. Some we froze while others we couldn't wait for the break during the week from cooking. All the meals had clean healthy ingredients and such wonderful refreshing tastes. We are now adding this amazing food service to our list, to do this once or twice a month. Thank you dispatch mom and your trusted amazing chefs!
