Brilliant service and the product is amazing! It works long distance which is just what we needed! Delivered quickly and the team responded straight away to my query about a free gift. Excellent.

Everything was great.
Packaging could be abit more secure as some of the items had moved out of their place and were all jumbled up, but nothing was damaged.
I paid for next working day delivery however it took 2 days (not inc weekend). But im assuming this was down to DPD, not discreet boutique :)

Delivered 5 days late
States 2-3 day delivery. Ordered for a special occasion 6 days away, delivery took 7 days. No tracking information available so no way of knowing it wasn’t going to arrive until too late.

Your item was received by Royal Mail on the Tuesday 1st December and unfortunately they did not process your item for dispatch until Friday 4th December.
