Discover Queensland Recenzje

Gina’s knowledge of resorts in Palm Cove, Port Douglas and Cairns was impeccable. We are very excited with the properties we have booked together with Give. She has ensured that each resort suits our multiple needs.

The lovely lady Molly who helped me. She was very nice and friendly and easy to talk to.

Thanks to Tulane for your help with booking the holiday you were very helpful cheers

Melissa was responsive and worked around my schedule to lock in our holidays. Really easy to deal with.

The person on the phone was very friendly, helpful, understanding, patient and I felt like she lived at the location I was booking for. Very familiar with tourist attractions and facilities.
Perfect english so easy to understand.

Gina was very easy to deal with and was very helpful during the booking experience. Deserves a pay rise !!!!

Always helpful and help you find a great deal

Had used this agency before & happy to return again.
Handled my enquiry - very good information & prompt service.
Recommended A1

A good deal and a straight forward process would have got 5 Stars except the deal included free membership which doesn’t seem to have happened. The confirmation email also stated a checkout of 11am when the deal said it would be 12pm.

My booking with Mall was excellent!!
Very helpful and polite girl..

I had spent days scouring the internet for accomodation in the Gold Coast. So many options, so many mixed reviews and in the end we just could not choose! One call to Discover Queensland and my mind was put at ease, they had the local knowledge and could point me in the right direction of accomodation that would suit our family needs! Thank you again!

Great customer service, good knowledge & very polite

Good value. Easy to book.

From the time we walked in to the time we left it was absolutely fantastic kids had a ball (me too 🤫)
Can't wait to stay again very soon

Was told I will receive the voucher but I haven’t received any and I’m on holidays from today . Very poor service and I’m so unhappy

I needed to alter the booking I had made, initially it was difficult to contact a customer service officer over the phone and I had to leave my name and number. I also sent an email, as suggested in their message. However my experience became very positive when I received a call from customer service, they were incredibly accomodating and went out of their way to assist me.

Melissa was excellent very helpful and found us accommodation to suit our family and saved us money.
Very happy with the service .
