Discover Queensland Recenzje

Great phone manner, helpful .

Hi I was happy with the service and Elle was great .my only complaint would be that I paid $120 more then if I had of booked directly with the hotel. Little disappointed I guess.

Vary helpfull done what they can to find a perfect place with the best price

Very helpful and friendly customer service, the only bad point was a ‘booking fee’ was added to my bill which I was not made aware of! Bit sneaky

Kenz was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks.

Our Customer Service rep, Logan, was very helpful and made our holiday booking very easy. We can't wait to go on our holiday! :)

Good location. Thanks. But about the hotel parking lot. I payed $15.00 for that night. When we come back to the hotel no available car park for us. We park in front of the hotel lobby. Our car nearly tow early morning. Hope hotel management will fix that kind of inconvenience for thier costumer. Thanks anyway. It's a good location.

Fantastic customer service. Found a property close to the venue we'll be attending and understood our need for certain special items during our stay. So knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much.

Friendly helpful team, we have used Discover Qld many times

Jen’s was very helpful in meeting our needs & suggesting useful alternatives to our requests.

Quick friendly efficient service. Really felt to the consultant wanted to get me the best deal and upon checking was a much better deal than anything I could do directly myself.

Tarnia was very helpful and had great phone manners.

Ellie, the girl I spoke to could not have been more helpful Discover Qeensland have always been excellent especially with redeeming vouchers.

Molly was wonderful to deal with! She provided great recommendations for our holiday which suited our needs. I’ve booked with Discover Queensland before and will definitely use them again!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Molly. She has gone above and beyond to assist with the planning of My Dad's 80th Birthday celebrations. I highly recommend to anyone utilising the assistance of Discover Queensland to assist with holiday planning and booking.

Great Customer Service
I had a credit from a cancelled trip last year and Mel went above and beyond to help me book something for our re-scheduled trip for this year, not the same place but is lovely.
