After several emails asking for a refund they shipped a box a month later. I paid 70$ and got 10$ worth of dollar tree items. I will be disputing this with my bank. This is a scam and an attempt to rip people off. I wish I would have seen trust pilot beforehand. And when you write a review on their site, it has to wait for approval to post. So you know no one will see it. And that it's their scam that they wrote good reviews.

What went wrong was the package i ordered still hasn't arrived i ordered it ending of December and it s almost a month that I still haven't got the tracking number , I ve checked and it says processing still to this day So I reached out customer service to cancel the order and refund my money and this is what they said " I m sorry there is no refund and you may not cancel once the order is placed and also if you want to return it after receiving your order you may not return it i apologize " that s not right!
It hasn't been placed in to send out to me it won't be much to cancel the order it hasn't been placed anyways I'll def never ever order from discount hq surprise box again ... I'm stuck with it and no choice to wait they may take their time for whatever reason it is as they wouldn't tell me why it s taking too long ! Do not order from this place !

What didn't go wrong.
Finally after 2 months, 6 emails and 4 phone calls. I received my mystery box from DH.
On my last phone call I told him it better be filled with great items.
It was like shopping at the dollar store and everything was 1/2 off.
I am so done with this mystery box craze.
4 different companies and every one of them a bunch of garbage.
So disappointed.

DO NOT BUY! Ordered my mystery box over two weeks ago still have not received any email, call or text about my package. office number is a voicemail.

Scam. No response to emails or phone calls. Purchased for a holiday game 2 months ago and still haven’t received. Thankfully i am disputing via my credit card. Run, far away.

This company is scammers to the real company. I ordered 2 mystery boxes on the 26th they took my $106 straight away out my account but never gave me a confirmation email I called to make sure they received the order but I was only allowed 2 calls to check on my order to where my 3rd call I was told by an automated service I made enough attempts to call. They gave me an order number and that
was it I had different ppl call them and they told me I would receive confirmation which did not happen the number that is associated with the scammers are 1 (888) 505-4691 they have dogs in the background when you call and everything please run far away. I called the real company to find out where my order is only to find out from the owner that the ppl I ordered from is scamming their name and they have had to change their name. But she said that her store is real and you can walk in and look at the things you are getting.

Do not buy from these people. Like everyone else, it is a scam. I ordered two boxes a month ago. Nothing. I customer service enough times where it goes right into a loop recording. They won’t even take my call. I’ve emailed them several times, no response. This is a total scam.

Like all other reviewers, it is nothing more than a scam. Slow shipping is an understatement. Lying customer service making up excuses for late shipping.
Stay away and avoid this ripoff.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order. I have received nothing, they have taken my money and now no reply.

I placed my order on October 21st, 2024; today is December 16th, 2024. I have emailed several times. The first time was within a day or so of ordering. I read reviews and asked them to cancel, and of course, they can not, and it is in the small print. Then, if they reply to my emails, I just get empty apologies. I complained again on December 11th, 2024, and they replied that they were expediting it and doing all they could. Strangely, I got an email later that night that my order had shipped. I was so relieved. So I checked the tracking number, and UPS says the Label was created but not in UPS possession. I waited until today, the 16th of December 2024, and it still says the same thing. I assume They did this so that they could show the bank that they shipped it..Do not buy from this group.. I was stupid and did it without reading reviews. I paid $212 for 64-item mystery boxes, and I'm out that money, There's still nothing, and right at Christmas... DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY!

The site says fast shipping but it is definitely not. I ordered the Mystery Box 3 pack and after 3 weeks of not responding to emails disputed the charge with my bank. Miraculously it shipped out the next day and I got an email asking them to cancel the dispute. I said no, send me a return label. They never replied. I contacted the USPS and asked them to intercept and return which they did and I had proof. I sent the delivery proof to my bank as well and the dispute was sided in my favor. Mid January I got an email from DiscountHQ saying they were going to sue me for disputing the payment. HA! I sent them proof the delivery was rejected and sent back to them which they signed for. Never heard back again but I'm glad I didn't get the items based on other reviews!

This place is nothing but a scam and law enforcement should shut them down and charge them.....Done a mystery box and it was full of used junk....sent stuff that is nothing but GARBAGE and how their aloud to scam ppl like they are is ridiculous......DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE........

It took 40 days for order to finally arrive. The box was falling apart. It was all outdated junk and toys from China. Horrible experience. I kept maybe 20 dollars of it and paid 99. Do not use this fake company.

Absolutely terrible ordered the “triple play” which promises three boxes off of their site. Received one of the 24+ boxes that had 12 items ranging from used puzzles to broken glass that I cut myself on when opened. Didn’t receive the other two boxes at all. Waste of money and time and I really hope everyone involved gets what they deserve

This is the biggest scam never buy from here. Bought a package month ago and still have not received confirmation on delivery.

Scam! I paid $198 for 2 large mystery box with 24+ items each. What i received was 1 box with 18 dollar store reject items. Glad I paid for faster shipping and waited 3 weeks..... SCAM

I ordered the amazon/target small box to try and what a rip off. I received wonder woman socks, plush toy, Hanukkah floating candle and chapstick. My biggest issue was they forgot to take the tj-maxx stickers off 2 of them. Do not order.
