I was purchasing wall panels total cost when paying was £282. I clicked to pay only to get a message from y bank that £386 was coming out my bank I cancelled. Absolutely shocking

I had 90 of the grey cladding panels delivered and out of the 90, 20 were discoloured. Their excuse was it's just like wall paper when you get discoloured in the same batch
They also mentioned that all colours will be discoloured from factory

Really great experience with this company! Ordered acoustic wall panels and bathroom panels — both excellent quality at a great price. Delivered within four days which was really impressive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for wall panels!

A Frustrating Experience — Poor Customer Service & Inadequate Product Design
I placed an order worth over £400, which included wall panels and LED lights. When the delivery arrived, the LED lights were missing. I called immediately and was told they had been included inside the wall panel packaging.
When my installer came on Sunday, we went through everything carefully and found no LED lights. I followed up on Monday, only to be asked to photograph empty boxes as “proof” — a completely unreasonable request that added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.
After sending an email as instructed, the company eventually dispatched their delivery driver to bring the missing lights, acknowledging they had been left out. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the customer service throughout this process was extremely poor.
However, the bigger problem is with the LED lights themselves. The LED driver cable and the LED light cables are far too short for practical use, and only one LED driver was included — which is wholly insufficient for a living room TV wall setup. To make matters worse, the company does not sell additional LED drivers, meaning there is no way to expand or properly complete the installation. I called the team yet again but they weren’t helpful.
What is marketed as a complete lighting solution simply does not function as one. I would strongly advise anyone considering this for a feature wall or TV unit to look elsewhere.

Just returned from "Discount Home Dealer" Staff where very helpful and we had the van loaded in minutes. The Quality is superb, we did change our minds on the colour when we see them close up.
We purchased 32 external panels and 9 edging trims. Be very wary of companies offering the same service as these boys.

We’ve just purchased soundproof panels from this store and had a really positive experience. The staff were extremely helpful and approachable, and they gave us plenty of time to look at the panels properly before making a decision.

What I particularly appreciated is that they were absolutely fine with us moving the panels around and holding different colours next to each other to compare properly — which made choosing much easier.

The service was excellent, the quality of the panels is very good, and the prices are competitive. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this store.
