Only used Discount HP once for delivery to Ireland, unfortunately my delivery didn't make it as Irish Health Regulatory Authority would not allow the product through . I explained what happened to let Discount HP know the situation for future reference and they offered a full refund even though they they weren't at fault at all .

I made an order and it was delivered quickly within a week. The product I ordered was very good. I had some problems my end as my postman had delivered it without leaving a card. This was sorted out by a quick response from Jason in customer services who sent me a photo of my parcel behind a drainpipe in my garden! A big thank you to Jason as I probably would never have found it! I will definitely be ordering from here again due to efficiency and quality.

My wife ordered me some blood sugar meds and was sent 5 months worth of medication for $199.00 then 1 month later got another 5 months of medication and charged another $199.00 not sure how I was to take 5 months in a 1 month time frame and then only refunded $70.00 which I was surprised they refunded that but don’t think we will be using them again.
