Website says up to 14 days for the price shown. I called the rep and she said it was a 10 day rental. They picked it up early I did not get the 10 days I paid for. They are a third party. You can get a better deal from your local waste hauler and get the dumpster for the time you need it. Bill in Blue Springs

I made a payment got a contract that stated when the dumpster was going to be delivered Monday, I was excited at that time.

Well Monday the dumpster never arrived.

I called Tuesday Morning asking what time is the dumpster going to be there because it was supposed to be there Monday they said the dumpster should be there by 12:00pm. I waited and waited dumpster still did not arrive. 4:00 p.m. dumpster still did not arrive.

We called Wednesday morning asking what's going on with the dumpster because we paid for dumpster Friday it was supposed to be delivered Monday it stated on the contract.

The dumpster finally arrived Wednesday at 3:30pm this put my company in a big bind because we needed to do other projects this held up a lot of time and money. When I called the customer service rep to tell them how frustration I was they said they can give us $15 back for the inconvenience.

This company is my go-to for dumpster rental. They deliver on time every time.

This company knows what customer service is all about. We just sold our construction company that we had for 41 years and we've worked with thousands of contractors. Jason is trustworthy, professional and friendly. I didn't pick his company because they happened to be the least expensive, it was his reputation of being dependable.

Terrible service in San Diego location! Even if you pull teeth to get a window of time from them, they will say they will be out at one time and 6 hours later they don’t respond to text or call . I gave them three dumpster pick ups and all times was a nightmare.

The dumpster was dropped off and picked up exactly when they said it would be. Very easy company to work with. I would definitely use them again.

This company charged my credit card for an additional $460.00 without our approval. First they told us that there was a bicycle in one of the dumpsters we told them to prove it they couldn't. Now they said we were overweight and charged our credit card. This company ripped us off be carefull they are liers.

We had the pleasure of working with Jason to rent a dumpster recently. Jason was professional, thorough, and efficient in all of our interactions. He was true to his word with the dumpster showing up on the day promised and in good, clean condition. The driver who dropped off and picked up the dumpster was also friendly and customer-service oriented. The final charges were as promised. Overall, a very positive experience. Since i'm not allowed to reply to the response to my previous post, I'm leaving a new one. 1st comment - "However, we did not receive any prior notification from your end that your desired placement spot was unsafe". My desired placement was not unsafe. There is a incline to my driveway and your driver thought he would get stuck. I disagreed. "Our driver did, in fact, contact you prior to arrival and informed you the chosen location was safe for placement, to which you disagreed". This is completely false. The driver contacted me 10 minutes prior to arrival and informed me he was close. That is all. The "alternate" spot offered was no where near my construction and useless to me so that seemed like an empty offer.

This company has pretty sneaky back door charges . They charged me for a dry run before getting thd call to pic up the dumpster. There drivers never call you before arriving and my driver tried to deliver at the wrong address. They charged me $200 dollars with out any warning 2 months after my dumpster was removed. Don't use this company .they lie and are not trustworthy

Overall, great service, both times; however, the last time, the driver didn't come to the door or make any effort to communicate with my son when there was a confusion about the availability of a spot to leave the dumpster. This delayed the delivery. Just getting out of the truck and communicating would have handled that. Besides that, great, speedy service!

I was charge an extra fee for something’s that I feel were unjustified
And for what I ended up paying I could have ordered the dumpster for Richmond Va and got a much cheaper rate with no add ons later
In total the dumpster ended up costing over $800 I could have gotten Zans dumpsters to deliver and pick up for under $500
