I purchased two cases of catheters. They were shipped in the original manufacturer's boxes. The boxes were covered in dark warehouse dust and had foot prints on them. Makes me concerned about using the contents (especially since one box had a hole torn in the side).

Discount Catheters is a wonderful company! All the associates I talk to on a monthly basis are very polite and helpful, and I always get my catheters in a timely fashion. If there is an issue, I always know I can go to Mariana Kowoll and she will make it right. She is an angel!
