Needed to rent an EKG machine. Andrew and this team were very helpful. He recommended the right machine for us, and they were very responsive over the phone/email. We were able to get expedited shipping and had no problems with the machine or the delivery. Their rates were also very fair compared to other companies. I highly recommend using this company!

What I Purchased: A NEW Nellcor™ Portable SpO₂ Patient Monitoring System, PM10N with an adult sensor on 4/29/2020.
What I Received: A used Nellcor™ Portable SpO₂ Patient Monitoring System, PM10N without an adult sensor on 5/6/2020.
Ending: Refund initiated. Nobody won. I lost $20 shipping it back and spent more time ordering it from someone else. Discount Cardiology lost money on shipping it to me and future transactions with me.
I have updated 3 times so the review reflects what happened. I wish DC the best and hopefully my incidence was an exception.

We acknowledge that the customer received an incorrect/incomplete product. However, customer refused to allow us to send a replacement and was combative from the start. We have been in business a long time and will always correct our mistakes. We would have sent a replacement unit and had the other unit picked up, free of charge. Dr Yoon chose to just be rude on the phone, felt the need to vent online by immediately leaving a bad review (which he has updated 3 time), and is now complaining about the money he wasted by cancelling the order. Things could have gone much differently if he was more understanding of mistakes. I hope his patient's don't leave 1 star reviews when a mistake is made.

Oh boy! Here she goes again. We sent this lady a brand new Nasiff EKG machine. She claimed that it didnt work properly. We then sent here a "stand-alone" ekg machine as a replacement (at her request). Somehow that machine didnt work. We then sent here a different model refurbished unit and somehow that didnt work. We ate the shipping on all units and never complained. All 3 of the units were biomed certified before they left our facilities. We have been selling EKGs for over 35 years! 5 months after the initial purchase she asks for her money back. We informed her that she is well outside of the return policy. We also would not make any special exceptions since all 3 of the machine were returned back to us working perfectly. We incurred quite a few costs along the way and spent a lot of time troubleshooting with them. The bottom line is that they do not know how to run an EKG. The practice has 100% store credit but is not able to receive a full refund. Let's not forget to mention how nasty this lady is. At one point she wished one of the employee's family members get sick with an uncurable ailment. I couldn't make this up if I tried.

I was sold a defective monitor.I called Discount Cardiology and the tech told me to return the unit because it was defective.After returning the unit, they refused to refund my money.There was never any certification that the unit was checked and the owner just accused me of lying about the defective monitor.Stay away from these people unless you want to get ripped off.

Discount Cardiology was fine to work with, but product received last (EKG machine) was very inferior quality and does not work correctly. There is no name, address, or contact information included anywhere on the machine or manual to be able to get resolution of the problem. The manual is so badly translated as to be useless.
Previous dealings with this company were fast, smooth and pleasant.

Untruthful and unreliable business.
The general manager whom I spoke to lied to me that I will get my purchase within 5working days. Despite my numerous phone calls I have not up till today received my refund. It sound like a scam and I would never recommend to anybody to have anything to do with this company. I think it should be shut down and prosecuted. Am in the process of doing just that.

Had right equipment
Had right equipment. Got product on time. Credit card was used to pay. Discount said card was declined, so a debit card was used next. Credit card was credited however as well. Instead of refunding the money they sent us 2 shipments. The second is in storage, we have no use for it and cannot get rid of it.

You were not upsold and we did not ship a different product. I am wondering if you have us confused with a competitor. If so, please amend this review. We delivered the EKG that you ordered within a week and without incident.

Dealt with this company in 2014. I would advise those who would, to be wary when corresponding with a Ronald Cohen (Owner?). There was a dispute about a used equipment he was trying to sell. Make sure to duly document - in writing, time marks and all - this company's assurances on warranty and product support. Do not agree to anything over the phone, with Mr Cohen especially. If not for those records in our case, we would not have prevailed in the dispute.

Discount Cardiology has been great. I had trouble with the first machine sent out but it only took one phone call to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend.
