My phone call was answered straight away which is always a good start. The advice was great. The product was delivered to NSW from Qld 2 days after ordering. Very happy.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Purchased items online on 4th April, dispatched and on its way within 2 days. Check tracking hasn’t moved since 6th April. It is now 18th April and after several attempts to get an answer as to where my item, nobody is yet to get back in touch with me and provide me any answers or solution. Have an electrician booked for tomorrow so will be left to purchase my items locally and seek charge back via my credit card company. Pathetic customer service. Would not recommend buying from this seller. Happy to take your money, not willing to follow through

Broken and Broken

Would have loved to buy some network cable from this site, never used it before but they had a good price.
However the add to cart button is broken as it does nothing, and the "help" icon in the bottom right just results in a spinning wheel for 5 minutes until I gave up on this site completely.
I guess they just aggressively don't want my money!
