Scam- they say the service is for unlock and charge $24 then tell you "Oh your device is locked to a different service" and want to charge you $80 for the unlock. "support" then tells you that you bought an eligibility check. Report this company.

J'ai été dupé (hameçonné comme des centaines de personnes). On m'a proposé de me déverrouiller mon smartphone,pour 26,99€.
Sachant que ce smartphone était à moi et que sur 24 mois il me restait 7 échéances à 8€.
J'ai quand même sollicité directunloks afin de déverrouiller définitivement mon smartphone pour 26,99€.
Et bien pour résumer, j'ai dû (à cause de leur stratagème bien huilé, payé ensuite 44 Euros,(sinon je récupérais pas mon smartphone !Mais le pompom c'est à la fin,donc troisième racket, j'ai dû payer 54€ sinon je perdais tous les fonds investi et plus possibilité de récupérer mon smartphone.
Je vous conseille de vraiment faire attention. Je compte quoi qu'il en soit, actionner tous les leviers me permettant de faire connaître et surtout condamné ces procédures qui frisent la légalité ! Puisque au final,jai payé 124.99€ EN VAIN !!!!!!
I paid for a Galaxy S25 Ultra unlock on June 2, 2025. The process involved two payments: £11.99 for the Eligibility Check and £78 for the Standard Unlock. Both payments were made upfront and were clearly accepted without issue. I was told that the unlock was "99% complete" and would be finalized "imminently." That was days ago—and I’m still waiting.
At first, the communication seemed promising. They explained the process and claimed everything was in order. But the reality has been delays, vague updates, and no unlock code delivered. As of today, June 11, there is still no final result, no clear timeline, and growing concern that this may not be a legitimate service.
What’s worse is the non-refundable £11.99 Eligibility Check fee, which feels like a loophole to keep part of your money even if nothing gets delivered. There’s no phone number to call, just support emails that repeat the same copy-paste messages.
I’ve now begun posting reviews across platforms to alert others, and I’m looking into what regulatory body can be contacted—possibly Trading Standards or the CMA—if this doesn’t resolve promptly. Consumers deserve accountability, especially when handing over nearly £90 with little to show for it.
This has been an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience. If the unlock is delivered, I’ll update this review—but as it stands, I cannot recommend this service.

Je rédige cet avis pour surtout alerter les personnes qui souhaiteraient débloquer leur téléphone sur cette plateforme.
C’est une énorme ARNAQUE.
Étant dans le désarroi le 25 septembre lorsque apple m’informe que mon téléphone acheté au État unis auprès de l’opérateur ne peut être débloqué en France .
Je décide de chercher un site me permettant de le débloquer. Malgré le nombre important de mauvais avis, je me suis conforté dans l’idée que si certaines personnes avaient obtenu des résultats positifs sur ce site ce serait peut-être mon cas . J’essaie alors de débloquer sur direct unlock.
Déjà, ils vous font payé 26 euros pour des recherches et autre ok . Ensuite , ils vous demande de payer à 44 euros pour les frais de déblocage classique ce que j’ai payé. Quelques heures plus tard on m’indique que le déblocage est plus complexe donc je dois passer à la version premium de 175 euros. Ayant déjà payé 70 euros, je me dis c’est pas grave je vais aller au bout du processus surtout qu’on me garantie que mon téléphone sera débloqué après paiement de la version premium sous 7 jours et à défaut je serai remboursé.
La bonne blague!!! Cela fait un mois toujours rien surtout après avoir pris contact avec le service client inexistant, je reçois une mise à jour m’indiquant que cela prend un peu de temps mais que le déblocage serait imminent.
En conclusion, je me suis fait arnaquer 245 euros et aucun déblocage depuis un mois, aucun remboursement.
Ne croyez pas au avis positifs , ils sont probablement faux .
C’est une grosse Arnaque. Ne vous faites pas avoir.

Scam Be away from this Website, initially, they say $29 for unlock then they say that was to check if your phone can be unlocked or not then they ask for an additional payment of $43 to unlock the phone. I placed a request on Aug 12th, initially, it said 24 working hours, It gradually reduces to 18, 12, 8, 4, and suddenly shoots back to 24. Such a scam today is Sept 1st still shows 12 hours to unlock. Please don't use this service, I have lost $75 without any service. BIG BIG BIG SCAM.
Werben mit einer schnellen, unkomplizierten und günstigen (!) Möglichkeit den Simlock zu entfernen.. in meinem Fall wurde es mir für 23,90£ (Pfund) angeboten, nach der Zahlung wurde der unlock als 50% Fertig angezeigt und es wird auf die FINALE ZAHLUNG gewartet!! 230 weitere Pfund!!! Damit der Unlock durchgeführt wird…
Eine Frechheit sowas!
