Horrific. Extremely hard to log in and do anything. Some parts of the web site are 100% dysfunctional. It would be nice just to have a password & ID to log in and deal with reservations as every web site ON PLANET EARTH has. But no we have to deal with this bush league web site run by rank amateurs.
