This is the same company as pro hockey direct. Unfortunately I have had a similar experience to others. Non delivery of products and no refund. No number to call. No complaints / customer service numbers. Please avoid.

Sadly ordered an indoor stick and tried to return. This was just returned back saying it had been used (which it hadn’t- it was returned the same day it was received!). Could get through on the phone to try an explain so have given up. Poor service sadly

Firstly they actually had the gloves we needed unlike Amazon, secondly - good price, thirdly - very quick delivery. Whats not to like!!

I have ordered from here a few times. All the items have been great quality, as described, and have arrived quickly. Would definitely order again if needed.

I ordered a hockey stick on express delivery to arrive by 15/01/25 by Royal Mail … no stick … contacted the company who blamed Royal Mail saying that they have decided to down grade to standard delivery and the earliest I will get it is 23/01 … no apology just a ONE pound delivery refund as they said that I am now paying standard delivery rates … unbelievably bad customer service .. just kept saying “your issue is with Royal Mail not us” !!!

Still haven’t received item which was a Christmas present for my son.
Just told problem with delivery but nothing else.

The product is a Christmas present so has yet to be put to use. This review is about Direct Sport's customer service.
The product was sent via Royal Mail. Royal Mail managed to delivering to the wrong address. It took time to work out how to contact customer services by phone but once through the service was excellent. The mis-delivery was soon confirmed and responsibility for resolving the issue accepted.
Four days later the parcel was safely delivered.
A good effort at the height of the Christmas rush.

Ordered an indoor hockey glove but it was too small. Returned it with no hassle and requested a larger size, which was promptly delivered. Good fit and quality. Very happy overall.

I ordered the hockey stick and ball for my grandson, choosing the length on advice from my SIL. I had paid for express delivery to ensure it arrived on time, and delivery was when stated.
Grandson was thrilled with the stick. Unfortunately it was too short so I returned it for a refund.
Customer service were quick to respond with advice and my refund was dealt with promptly.

I placed an order late on a Thursday night and requested delivery to my local post office , on Saturday afternoon I get notified my parcels are ready for collection . Excellent service !

Ordered a Grays hockey stick, glove and shin guards, all arrived within 2 days and perfectly packaged. Really happy with products and service, will shop with you again

All good - ordered online - delivered on time....my sons had told me the wrong size...easy return and prompt delivery of the replacement....very happy....and my son is happy with his shoes.....

My son‘s stick cracked after reverse hitting the ball so I contacted Direct Hockey who then had a replacement stick to me within a few days.
Excellent communications and service. Will definitely use again.
